Ford was an absolute legend to deal with, we went through my circumstances and gave me 3 months to fix my accounts up, to stick by their financial plan to get my credit back in order. As promised after the 3 months I applied again and Ford went beyond what I expected. It was a nervous time for my self because of being turned away for a car loan multiple times but Ford made it the whole process a breeze. I got the family car I was after. I would like to express my heartiest thank you to Ford Taylor at Ume Loans. He made the whole process so easy and simple and it was a delightful experience dealing with him.
He is a real Ume Loans Champion and should be AWARDED the BEST LENDING SPECIALIST of the MONTH. He took my personal circumstances into consideration and kept me informed all the way through and tried his utmost best to get the loan approved and giving me a SECOND CHANCE.
Ford is the “Go To Man” moving forward for any loan services and it was so amazing, after the loan approval , I received a Welcome Call and went through the contract together and gave an opportunity to raise any questions or concerns I may have along the way. No such company provides this type of personal touch .
