Coleman big sky deluxe camp bed good quality & seems very comfy. Shame about the service at the Brendale Qld store though - iv made plenty of purchases there over the years & have never received friendly service. Especially today 28/12/2020 the girl sitting at the register no manners, no thank you.....nothing.
Sometimes staff need a reminder that the customers actually contribute to their wages. Without customers you have no job!

The great thing about this shop is many of the tents are actually standing so you can really get a feel for sizing / amenities etc as you can climb in to check them out. they have just about anything needed for a trip out, fridges, ice boxes, survival gear, sleeping bags etc etc. parking available out front. place is awesome but some may find it a bit cramped as there is stuff stacked everywhere, warehouse style. prices are very competitive and the staff are knowledgeable on their product range and general advice is decent.

Would not price match to Amazon for a product that did not have a bag. Sleeping pads upstairs was a pigsty. Price tags missing off most of the stock. Got sick and tired of going up and down stairs to get prices. Big store with plenty of range though.

Have been there many times. The customer service seems not as good as it used to be. Shop requires a bit of modernisation, so it doesn't look so unorganised.

Wasn't offered any help while looking for the chair I wanted, I did have the link to their website and checked out the chairs I'd been looking at online. Excellent service at the counter when it came time to take my money though. 3 stars only because they keep your name and number to support you in case you need to mage a warranty claim.
