We are off camping tomorrow and the camping stove stopped working so I headed down to see what they could do… when I got there I couldn’t find the receipt and while on the phone trying to find it they had gone out back and grabbed me a brand new one…. The guys helped me big TIME when they didn’t have to 5 STARS

I've been coming to tentworld since 2019.
I've always found the staff really know their stuff, the prices are great and the quality of gear is better than BCF / and definitely better than anaconda . Sometimes when it's busy you might need to wait a little while before speaking with someone but that's because staff are helping out others. Never had an issue with my one refund or return request and once you speak with them they are a great resource.
Recently I e-mailed requesting if a replacement pole for an outdated coleman event 14 deluxe was available or alternatively would a pole from a similar designed oztrail work due to a pole getting stuck. I was surprised they took to the time to locate the oztrail pole in there Toowoomba warehouse and took photo's to show that it looks exactly the same.
