After shopping around I was pleasantly surprised how competitively priced the items are at Tentworld.
I ordered a number of camping items as they were unavailable in-store at the time. The delivery was quick and items were exactly as specified. I would recommend purchasing your camping equipment from Tentworld Brendale.

Just wanted to give Tracey in warranties and the Tentworld staff a big wrap! We had an Oztrail reclining camping chair that became faulty after only 3 months. Tracey and the Tentworld team sorted it out in no time. Replacement chair was delivered only a couple weeks after logging the job.
I wish other companies treated their customers this well.

I was shopping around for a gazebo and 2 camping chairs. Decided to give these guys ago. Pricing is the same or better as the other 2 big stores without having to become a member. They were quite busy, so took a little bit to get some assistance, but once Nathan was free to help me he gave excellent assistance. The gazebo I wanted was not in stock. He said he would have it by Thurs lunch time. It was in before Wed 4pm. I was rung as soon it it showed up. I can highly recommend this store.

Like other reviewers have stated, generally cheaper prices than elsewhere, a massive range of products and really friendly staff. Normally I go to a couple of different stores closer to us but given the price & range difference and fantastic customer service, we'll just make the extra drive to here in future.
