Updated Review in Dec 2025: I’ve lived in this unit for the past three years, and it’s truly been a great place to call home. The property has always been well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and feels very safe. I’m only moving because I’ll be relocating for a new job, otherwise I would happily stay longer. They are legit. They have initial for the last rent when you fully sign and when it gets closer to the day you move, you pay the first rent. The rent is fixed. The maintenance requests are usually quick to report and fixed. Roommates.. well, it's random so settle issues among yourselves.

I rented a room with RoostUp and had a really good experience. The location was super convenient — just a quick walk to the train station, which made getting around really easy. For me, it was also perfect because it was close to my job, plus there are stores and new food spots popping up all around the area. Overall, it was a comfy, well-located place to stay, and it worked out great for me.

I had a week to find a place for a new job and this was the easiest move in I have ever experienced. Very straightforward and I love that I was able to view my roommates Instagram /LinkedIn before committing to the lease. Such an easy company to utilize for renting and love that my rent/utilities is fixed. I do believe its an easier rooming situation that finding a roommate on my own.

It made shared living so much easier and more manageable. Safety was another huge concern for me (and my parents), and Roostup does a great job here. All entry doors use the Latch app system. If you don’t have the app or the code, you can’t get in, which adds a strong layer of security. Plus, the properties are located in safe, convenient neighborhoods. The Roostup team is amazing, responsive, friendly, and always just an email away. Whether it was a maintenance issue or a general question, help was always quick and reliable. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true, but after living in one of their apartments, I can say it’s even better than it sounds. The only reason I moved out was to live with friends during my final year of law school. Otherwise, I would’ve stayed in a heartbeat!
