I have lived with roost up for theblast 3 years and thsy have been phenomenal to work with and as landlords. The house i lived in was nicely renovated and modern. They handled issues with haste and made sure that everyone was aware of tmthibgs happening to and in the house 10/10 would recommend only reason for leaving was to decrease my rent a bit

As a student coming to Boston for the first time, finding affordable, comfortable housing with essential amenities felt overwhelming, especially with must-haves like in-unit laundry. Roostup made that transition seamless. All the amenities you need are included in the rent at a fixed rate, which removes the stress of hidden costs.
One of the best features is the professional cleaning service that comes in every other week. This was a game-changer for me, especially after past experiences with messy roommates. It made shared living so much easier and more manageable.
Safety was another huge concern for me (and my parents), and Roostup does a great job here. All entry doors use the Latch app system. If you don’t have the app or the code, you can’t get in, which adds a strong layer of security. Plus, the properties are located in safe, convenient neighborhoods.
The Roostup team is amazing, responsive, friendly, and always just an email away. Whether it was a maintenance issue or a general question, help was always quick and reliable.
Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true, but after living in one of their apartments, I can say it’s even better than it sounds. The only reason I moved out was to live with friends during my final year of law school. Otherwise, I would’ve stayed in a heartbeat!

I started at a Roostup property for a year. They were super quick to respond to my emails and they addressed any issues immediately. When I first moved in my mini fridge wasn’t working and I put in a maintenance request. They responded to it immediately and when they were unable to fix it they just bought me a new one! All of this happened within 24 hours.
Overall great experience with RoostUp. The property was new and clean, my roommates were great and it was super convenient.

I have had the most amazing experience with Roostup. I moved from out of state for a job fresh out of college with a very short notice. I wasn’t finding many good options that met all of my needs. Then I found Roostup. They have apartments within my budget, all the amenities and I felt secure rooming with them from looking through their contracts. As a tenant, they are incredibly responsive to any questions I have had and all maintenance requests I have submitted. The application process was super easy and extremely cost friendly. Plus, I came out of my first apartment ever with the most amazing friendships.

I’ve lived in my RoostUp apartment for about a year and a half. At first it seemed too good to be true, but I took the risk and decided to book a room. It was very simple to move in since it is all inclusive. I didn’t have to deal with setting up utilities and buying furniture. I moved from across the country and wasn’t sure how long I would stay in Boston so the flexible lease was also a plus. There are no hidden fees or high up front costs (no brokers fee or security deposit). Each tenant pays rent separately so you don’t have to financially rely on other people. The management team is responsive and always looking for feedback to make the tenant experience better. Living with roommates can be challenging but RoostUp offers cleaning services which makes it easier. I would recommend RoostUp to students or young professionals looking for a convenient apartment option in Boston.

Roostup has made the renting process easy and convenient. As a first time renter in a new city I’ve enjoyed the entire experience. Maintenance has been speedy, there are no hidden fees, the rooms are move in ready and well maintained as well as amazing, management is professional and flexible, and the common areas are looked after. After some conflict with roommates, management was there every step and helped resolve the issues. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!

Roost Up offers clean, already put-together homes in an affordable package that’s perfect for someone moving to Boston/living here and looking to lower expenses while embarking on a career change (me). The process was totally transparent from the get-go. No brokers, no excessive move-in fees, no 15 dollar washers and dryers (free washers/dryers on premise), and more lease flexibility than I’ve experienced in elsewhere.
