Living with Roostup has been a wonderful experience. The entire process made me feel safe and secure. I loved my roommates, I am great friends with them still! They were super accommodating with my early move out process as well. I would recommend Roostup to anyone moving to Boston!

I rented one of the rooms in East Boston. I had such a great experience with RoostUp to find a room that fits my need, moving in early, and moving out early. The entire apartment in new, clean and fully furnished. The apartment also had a washer and dryer. With your monthly rent, they have a cleaner that comes 2x per month so you need not worry about cleaning the common areas. It is super easy to report any maintenance issue on their app and RoostUp will make sure to get it fixed ASAP. The whole team is really nice and easy to work with and the fact that your roommates are vetted made me feel comfortable to move in with the other roommates. If you are moving to Boston and don't know anyone around and don't want to get in a hassle to find roommates, RoostUp is a perfect place for you.

I would highly recommend to use RoostUp. I found their service extremely friendly and very helpful to working with me to find a place and helping me with my early move out. The apartment is done up to a high standard and is very clean. I loved my bed so much that I am buying the same at my new house! I also liked how RoostUp does background checks on all roommates to ensure you are living with decent people. I felt safer with this extra step. I had a maintenance issue during my stay as well and I recorded this in the app(super easy BTW) and within 12 hours it was sorted. I didn’t even need to stay at the apartment. The team is super friendly and eager to help. You can’t go wrong!!

I had a great experience with RoostUp. The furnished apartment they provide made move-in and move-out very easy. Maintenance was very responsive when needed. The rent was also very reskins me for the services that were included (cleaning service and utilities). I would recommend them for anyone who is just starting their career and needs affordable rent.

I had a wonderful experience with RoostUp and I am so grateful a company like this exists. Trying to find a landlord or property management company you can trust is difficult enough and looking for flexibility in lease terms is impossible. This company offered it all. The staff were very friendly and professional. The whole process was simple, streamlined and well-communicated from my application to move-in. The apartments are in great locations, renovated nicely, with regular maid service and kind, professional roommates. Highly recommend.

Roostup is for the student or single working person who is new to MA or to an area ... looking for a neat/tidy place to live with no stress of furnishing. It is for the person still looking for community and who loves to meet new people. They take very good care of the facilities with a bi-weekly cleaning crew and should you run into any issues, putting in a work order is easy as 1,2,3 and you can rest assured that the problem will be handled in a prompt manner. I needed a place to live for the year as I navigated nursing school and RoostUp was THEEE single best decision I made. I met so many genuine and kind people and it made my Boston experience that much more memorable.

Roostup saved me when I arrived in America as a foreign employee. I needed a short term (6 month) leasing to settle down and Nick accommodated my request. I even asked to them to enter the premises earlier which they accepted! This was back in 2020. After a trip to Middle East in 2021, I came back to the US and signed again for a new contract as I was extremely satisfied! They clean the apartment every two weeks and the rooms are furnished which greatly helps. I can only recommend this team and work

Perfect place to live for young professionals that move a lot. Apartments are pre-furnished and professionally cleaned twice a month. The only potential drawback is that you will be living with strangers that the company picks, but many people end up living with random roommates anyways so why not let them pick someone that they vetted.

At first it looks like it's too good to be true, but everything lives up to expectations. The apartments are beautiful and renovated, the entire organization is digital and super reliable. If something needs to be repaired, you can rely on quick maintenance. This is how renting an apartment should be in 2022, a clear recommendation!

I lived in a Roostup apt for a year and really enjoyed my time there. I don't think the place is spacious, but many of my roommates were unhappy with the amount of space in their rooms. This wasn't the case for me though.
Overall, my apt was affordable, modern, and had in-unit washer/dryer! The other tenants were mostly nice and reasonable too. I highly recommend RoostUp!

I leased through RoostUp Coliving for 4 years and could not recommend more! Within those 4 years, I lived in 3 different apartments, and each was exactly what was promised. Each time I moved, I made sure to look at what Roostup had available first, and was very very hesitant to lease through any other companies/landlords because they had set the bar so high. They truly thought things through making coliving a positive experience.

I found RoostUp online By facebook page. I was looking for an apartment in Boston. Since I didn't have furniture and many things for the house, It was a great solution. And also I wasn't sure how much longer he would be in the city either. And The contract it was more flexible them others options. The rooms are very similar to the photo. In the photo they look a little bigger. My experience with the roomates was good. Peaceful and polite people. The support team was very helpful and helped me a lot throughout the process. I really recommend roostup. It was a good Coliving experience

There is nothing better than an all inclusive and furnished apartment with modern appliances. The rooms that can fit a queen bed, desk, and other furniture and there is so much storage space which is great. It is also very close to public transportation.

This was by far my best ever experience. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. Each apartment came with private rooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a lounge and a balcony, which everyone loved. The location was in a very convenient area of town, with local shops and transport close by. Tenant satisfaction is important to them. Every time I had an issue with something, the assistance was immediate and always truly helpful. You couldn't ask for anything better! I would recommend RoostUP to anyone looking for a great place to rent in Boston!
