Starting looking into RoostUp, I was a little skeptical, almost a little too good to be true with the well furnished pictures, but as I met and spoke with some of the people at RoostUp and learned more about their story, I was hooked. The contacts at RoostUp are incredibly professional, responsive, and eager to make the experience a good one for their tenants, or clients, as they think of them. I found the moving experience was well informed, and very easy to self-check in and set up my account for payment. The apartment was well furnished, and clean, and in unit laundry was a huge perk!

I highly recommend RoostUp if you want a ready-to-live apartment in a convenient location and with all you need. These folks make sure all tenants are easy to leave with and try to match you with the best housemates according to your case. The move in is smooth and one is not required to bring mattresses, frames, desk, or similar large items. The business level WiFi is a gem that makes working from home better.

Boston is an expensive and rigid city. RoostUp and the wonderful people behind it are 1000% the reason I not just survived, but actually helped me to thrive and level up. Their convenient setup which includes utilities, laundry units, and ample space to live and work in right in the heart of Boston are the reason I got through the pandemic in style! And I didn't have to break my bank to live well. I cannot thank them enough for being good people who run a good business who take care of their tenants and properties. Not to mention the lovely housekeeper who was a pleasure in helping me maintain a clean and productive home. If you are looking for a place to stay that will allow you to have upward mobility in Boston, RoostUp has got you. 20 stars!!

The best to place to live offering great value for a fully a furnished place with all utilities included and bi-weekly cleaning service. The property management team is also very responsive and accommodating to your living needs. I have been a tenant for about two years now and would recommend RoostUp for your hosing needs.

I enjoy living in Boston in a RoostUp unit.
It is particularly convenient, the apt is complete (kitchen, bed, common area) without additional concerns (internet, heating, air conditioning etc) everything work properly and in case of any problem the RoostUp staff is ready to help.

This apartments company is what you want if you are looking for a full solution for your housing needs right off the beginning. Not only they provide very well-furnished and conveniently located departments but also they really take full ownership of their landlord responsibilities but also they go beyond that by really making sure you have a good experience using their facilities and keeping constant communication with you. Literally you only need to worry about paying on time your rent and they take care of all that involves having your department running smoothly (electric services, water and plumbing, AC, regular maintenance, internet and many other small details). In my experience they do have had some opportunities for improvement certainly but these are constantly being monitored and having follow up from the support team of the company which is also a great plus that not many other departments providers have AFAIK.

My experience with Roostup comes from being a foreigner to the USA moving to live for the first time in the USA. I have to say that I was completely lost on how to even start to look for a good place to live in the USA and especially on all the details that needed to be taken into consideration after making that decision but the Roostup team made my experience so smooth that I was even thinking for some time if it was actually real that it could be true that I was getting such a smooth or if I was being scammed. But all my worries went away after I started to get all the continuous support and follow up of the Roostup team, they make sure that people living in their houses have good professional social media evidence and they shared that with me and also put me in contact with my future roommates so I got the personal confirmation of them having a good experience too from the very beginning even before moving. Also, their maintenance service is super useful cause they make sure that you don't have to worry about any repairments or problems with furniture or appliances in the departments, they take care of it using a ticketing system online that is super easy to follow from their Roostup portal. So if you are a foreigner coming to the USA and are in need of a good option for renting an apartment this is a great choice.

RoostUP's all inclusive rent is a great feature. No need to carry coins for laundry or having to pay extra for heat and electricity. RoostUp keeps it simple. Great service too. Whenever the apartment needs something fixed, you can count on them that it will be resolved. Would definitely recommend RoostUp to anyone trying to move to Boston.
