This past August, I moved into the property, and I have nothing but great things to say about the property. In the beginning, I thought the apartment was too good to be true. But after moving in, I realized Roostup is legit, and it's unbeatable because of its affordable price, biweekly cleaning service, renovated appliances. If you are new to the town and need a place to live, I would definitely recommend checking out Roostup.

I couldn’t be happier with Roostup from finding about them, the ease with locating and touring one of their places. Move-in was better than expected and they have been responsive to any issue that has come up. For me one of the best reasons to use Roostup is to no longer to be responsible if another roommate doesn’t pay their rent for whatever reason. Roostup indemnifies all roommates from that responsibility, they are changing the game of renting an apartment and for the better.

If you are new in town or even in the country, roostup can provide a home all furnished - shared living room (big smart tv, couch and chairs), shared kitchen with dishwasher (with all the utensils you need to cook, drink and eat), maintenance real quick and bi-weekly cleaning, A/C and heater - also washer/dryer in unit.
We have been in 2 different apartments so far and both apartments was renovated and had everything pretty new. A little bit overpriced but recommended.

Highly recommended. Moving to a new city can be stressful, in my case I was moving to a completely new country. The staff at RoostUp were very accommodating and took the stress out of moving. The apartment is well furnished and always kept clean. I couldn't ask for better housemates and the apartment is in a prime location.

I've been with RoostUp, for over a year, and love the Landlord, accommodations, and overall enhanced living conditions; for it's price point. RoostUp links you up with professional tenants that aligned with your vison and goals for the future. This helps build connections easier and establishes a foundation, especially if your moved from out of state, like I did. A company you can trust, in my opinion.

The RoostUp homes are absolutely beautiful! All are completely renovated with new appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens. Management is very attentive to maintenance requests and house needs and my roommates even ended up being some good friends. Others in the building are very friendly as well. Good price for living in the Boston area. Very happy I chose RoostUp! :)

RoostUp is honestly the best place to house with if you have no idea where to live if you're moving to Boston. The application process is simple, quick, and you actually get to talk to a representative on the phone regarding every detail. The housing locations are clean, up to date, come fully furnished, and have smart home features that make it easy to live in. Also, having the cleaning services is a major plus. They actually care about their tenants and do constant check-ins regarding your living experience as well. All in all, they're very transparent and listen to their customers. My experience has been so far so good.

A fully furnished apartment with utilities included at a reasonable price. With a biweekly cleaning service. This was exactly what I was looking for as a graduate student who is always pressed for time. The staff was also responsive and prompt with repairs and updates

They have a super cool technology that shows you the place even before ever getting there. I could see the rooms and space right from my phone without ever being physically there. That’s really cool.
