I have been living here for a month and I am very happy. The process has been very easy; From the beginning until today I have received all the help and guidance in a fast and friendly manner. The apartment is very nice and kept very clean, the spaces are comfortable and pleasant. I love knowing that I don't have to worry about paying bills and even cleaning the common areas, plus the laundry inside the house is a big plus. I live in East Boston and it is super close to the Orient Heights station and several restaurants; Parking is also easy and safe. The gym is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is an 8-minute walk away. Better said, I recommend this place and this company with my eyes closed.

Great option for renting for less than a year. The house I was staying in had everything I needed, the cleaning was always up to date, and there were no problems with payments or anything financial.
Whenever I had a problem, the entire team acted quickly and helpfully. I recommend it 100% to everyone.

I will be honest, the first time I was looking for places in Boston and thought RoostUp was a scam and avoided. It seemed too good to be true. However, after breaking a lease at a different home run by a single landlord, I looked at RoostUp again. I have been living here for more than a year and it is EVERYTHING as advertised. No complaints at all. If there are any issues, RoostUp resolves them in a matter of days regardless of the problem.

I lived in a RoostUp property for two years and have only good things to say about the experience! My room was just what I needed for that time in my life (grad school and internships), having laundry was hugely helpful, and my roommates were kind from the get-go. I even had my own bathroom (which was cleaned for me 2x a month)! The management company is very responsive to any need. Boston is expensive in general, but this was one expense that was so worth it. (Especially as I saw my friends putting furniture up for sale after graduation. I am so glad to have had this furnished place!)

Had a great experience living in a unit in Kendall Square for 2 years. my daughter spent a summer (2024) in Boston doing research and I can not be happier about the professionalism, communication, and safety of the RoostUp Team. The apartment was very clean and new, the RoostUp team were very prompt in their communication and there were no secret hidden fees. Everything was legit and as a father I felt comfortable with the co-living situation. Highly recommend this team and their apartments.

The house that I’m living in has been great! It’s super convenient to rent from Roostup because they rent individual rooms instead of the whole apartment. That means I don’t need to find people to live with and risk them not having their part of the rent. You just have to worry about your own rent and that’s a relief for me. It is a flat fee as well, so there’s no splitting of utilities. Everything is included in the price on their website. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
