I lived in a RoostUp property for two years and have only good things to say about the experience! My room was just what I needed for that time in my life (grad school and internships), having laundry was hugely helpful, and my roommates were kind from the get-go. I even had my own bathroom (which was cleaned for me 2x a month)! The management company is very responsive to any need. Boston is expensive in general, but this was one expense that was so worth it. (Especially as I saw my friends putting furniture up for sale after graduation. I am so glad to have had this furnished place!)

Had a great experience living in a unit in Kendall Square for 2 years. Since I moved across the country to take my first job out of college, having an option for a furnished apartment at a reasonable price extremely close to my office was a life saver. my daughter spent a summer (2024) in Boston doing research and I can not be happier about the professionalism, communication, and safety of the RoostUp Team. The apartment was very clean and new, the RoostUp team were very prompt in their communication and there were no secret hidden fees. Everything was legit and as a father I felt comfortable with the co-living situation. Highly recommend this team and their apartments.

The house that I’m living in has been great! It’s super convenient to rent from Roostup because they rent individual rooms instead of the whole apartment. That means I don’t need to find people to live with and risk them not having their part of the rent. You just have to worry about your own rent and that’s a relief for me. It is a flat fee as well, so there’s no splitting of utilities. Everything is included in the price on their website. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

I utilized this service when I needed housing after a tumultuous departure from my previous residence. Its been 2 weeks and the process is already as streamlined and easy to live in! the cleaning staff comes to take the trash out of the back and clean common areas. Roommates are respectful and great cohabitors. I love my space and would recommend this to young working individuals living alone!

It is a nice place. The RoostUp tema provides you instructions for payment and move in, and pictures are pretty similar to the real place, so it is a good option for a share renting

The RoostUp Apartment I moved into is excellent. It has all the amenities that I want. There’s no unexpected charges because it’s one flat fee. It’s cool that I don’t need to remember any keys and I only need to use my phone. Biggest thing for me was no broker fee. So you don’t need a ton of money upfront.

Gives me the flexibility to move out if I need to and roostup will help you find a sublet, but also gives me the peace of mind that if my roommates don’t pay their rent it won’t have an impact on me. I’ve loved using Roostup. Super flexible, responsive, good apartments in Boston. Great for someone that may not know anyone to have roommates but would like to pay the roomate price of rent. It’s nice to know I’m only responsible for my portion of rent and all utilities are included. Highly recommend for anyone needing to find a place! :)
