Living in a RoostUp apartment made my life so much easier during my stay in Boston. The apartment is lovely; it has everything I need, so I never worried about buying appliances or other stuff. The customer service is fantastic; whenever I send a maintenance request, they answer immediately and ensure that whatever gets fixed.

This way of renting is amazing if you dont want to bother about multiple payments, furniture, kitchen appliances, or anything but your work or activities. This works out perfectly for my purposes. The staff was responsive to me, and the apartments are in good shape, as shown in the pictures on the website.

Just moved to a RoostUp apartment and am loving the experience. The place has been recently renovated and it is extremely clean. It also comes with everything you need, including free washer/dryers in the building or in unit. The RoostUp team is really supportive and has excellent communication. Would definitely recommend it to any university students, young professionals, or anyone who wants to live in a great place with affordable prices in the Boston area.

I currently live in a Roostup location in Boston, and the management has been nothing but understanding of my living situation even after I decided to renew in a different location. There's no application fee, utilities are included as stated and having a washer and drier in the unit is a life-saver. Awesome!

Highly recommend. My South Boston apartment was incredibly clean and was in a great location walking distance to M & L street beach, the community health center, and a variety of restaurants and bars. RoostUp is also extremely responsive to maintenance requests and takes great pride in maintaining the apartment. I’ve lived in a roost up apartment for over 2 years now, and I credit this apartment to making me some of my best friends. Honestly, sad to go, but I’m hopeful others can have a wonderful experience here as well.

I recently started living in a RoostUp apartment and it has been great so far. First, the whole unit and my room look exactly like it was online. Moving into a furnished place was extremely convenient. My roommates have been great. Moving in was seamless and I would say that it is great value for money.

Roostup saved me when I arrived in America as a foreign employee. I needed a short term (6 month) leasing to settle down and Nick accommodated my request. I even asked to them to enter the premises earlier which they accepted! This was back in 2020. After a trip to Middle East in 2021, I came back to the US and signed again for a new contract as I was extremely satisfied! They clean the apartment every two weeks and the rooms are furnished which greatly helps. I can only recommend this team and work.

My experience with RoostUp has been nothing but great. Amazing management/landlord, beautiful and clean apartment, nice and kind roommates and neighbors, among other things. I have always mentioned RoostUp for people moving into Boston and other young professionals wanting to move into the city; it has basically everything and it is super flexible. I am eternally grateful!

4.5 stars, rounds up to 5. Great experience in Mission Hill housing, clean, new. Low floors you roll the dice on potentially loud neighbors, but the lease including a quiet hours clause 10PM-7AM, leasing group tries their best to enforce this. (-.5) stars for mixed bag on contacting, seems to only be through email and can sometimes be slow. Would be nice if you had live folks to call and communicate issues with, or a chat function (non AI/bot). Would recommend for transitioning to Boston area, coming from small upstate NY cities, has been a heck of transition. Fortunate to find this place in short notice. Most residents are quiet professionals, occasional oddballs you need to navigate - but that's life!

I was sceptical when I heard about them because they seemed too good to be true, but this is an amazing concept to provide affordable housing. They pride themselves on quality and the houses are clean, well furnished with the state of the art furniture/equipment and they offer free biweekly cleaning. Couldnt ask for more, definitely worth a try.
