Picked up my 08 Road King today, first let me say that Bre was one the ball from the beginning. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with Bre on Thursday she got all financing done and ready. We drove up 2 and a half hours, spent other 20 minutes with Bre signing paperwork and preping bike and I was on my way home. I've never had a buying experience like this, I can't thank you enough Bre for the amazing experience!

I only wish I lived closer to this outstanding group of dedicated and knowledgeable workers. Short story, if you’re looking to purchase your dream bike or need services done, look no further. This business is an absolute blessing. Drove three and a half hours for my spotless ‘19 Busa with 2k miles from them in Dec, had a hiccup with blowing a hole through my radiator in early March. They beat the price of the nearest authorized Suzuki dealer by hundreds. Ordered the part and took real good care of me. Even though my insurance covered the majority of the towing I had to use, they were willing to work with me on getting my Busa towed to them anyway possible if I couldn’t do it. They got me back on 2s so quick it they were probably breaking the speed limit themselves. Thanks again for all the help, I’ll definitely be utilizing your services in the future.

Been to alot of service departments and this is the best of them all. Gary was extremely helpful with great customer service. And when done they came in under the estimate and did some minor maintenance as part of the job. Would refer to anyone that they use lucky Penny's service. Also where I got my bike, they are the sh!t.

I went to Lucky Penny to get the 20k service done on my Road King and let me tell you..... In over a decade of riding I have never dealt with a shop that was this quick and professional. And they beat the HD shop across the street in price by a decent margin. Gary Langhoff is service manager there and I swear he treated me like family.

We found Lucky Penny and it has changed how we view buying and selling bikes. They got in a bike that was perfect for our needs. We saw it the day it was traded in! And once it was checked out by their techs, it was a quick process to trade in another bike and process our paperwork! We visit the dealership regularly and are often recommending to others that they really should go and check them out. I'm happy to have developed a relationship with them and see many years and bikes ahead of us!

This is a really cool bike shop. I remember when this building was empty and I first saw signs of bike shop appearing and now I have bought my 3rd bike from them. Matt the manager is an awesome guy and Lee Ann the sales lady who sold me my 3rd bike is a really cool person. Great prices and an amazing choice of bikes is better then any other bike shop in town. Unlike other bike shops near by if you come in too visit the employees will actually come and talk to you. Please if your in the market to buy or if you just want to see some really cool bikes come down to visit Matt and Lee Ann anytime. Thanks to everyone at the shop Rudy

They have a great selection of lightly used bikes, some with only a few hundred miles on them. Lee Ann and Mary were a pleasure to deal with, and I’d happily do business here again!
