Bought a 2008 night rod special from them recently. Jose and the other salesman were knowledgeable, helpful, and not too pushy. Recently had a problem with the bike. They were able to send someone out the next day first thing in the morning to pick it up and take a look at it. Overall it’s been an excellent experience working with them. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a bike.

Absolutely the best used bike shop in the area. Theyll do everything they can to get you on the bike you want with ease. They've put me on one a couple times that I thought I wouldn't have a chance. If ya see one ya want go on down, you'll be riding it outta there. The staff is amazing with knowledge of every bike on the floor. One he'll of a good group of brothers and sisters.

Had a new tire and a fluid change done on my Harley. The blue coating on my white wall was cleaned off snd my rim was cleaned. Not sure who the tech was but phanie the service manager is a perfect example of what one should be. 100% recommend Lucky Penny for your Harley needs.

Dustin And The Fellows At Lucky Penny Are Pretty Awesome, had a bike slip through my fingers and was pretty disappointed when it sold but Dustin Called Me The Minute A Beautiful ZX10R Came Through and Got Me All Setup. Even had a small miscommunication issue and they were kind enough to comp me for the wait period. Guys are seriously there to help the customer in anyway. Grateful for them. Would recommend.

This is the ideal shop to work with. I just got my first bike from them and it was the perfect experience for a new rider like me. I had stopped by to see a specific bike i saw on CycleTrader. After sitting on it and talking about the bike with one of their employees (Dustin) I explained what I was looking for in purchase terms. They listened to me and never tried to talk me over my budget or put me on something inappropriate for a new rider. This was refreshing after I'd had some shopping experiences at other dealerships where they are more interested in upselling and moving inventory than they are in putting you on the right bike for a square deal. If Lucky Penny has something in their inventory that looks like a good fit for you, just go take a look and ask questions and explain your situation, they will listen and take you seriously, and if you do make a purchase with them it will be one you can feel good about.

Surprisingly friendly and helpful from the moment I came in the door. Shared my interest and was shown several options. Made arrangements to come back and test ride. Did so in a few days. The bikes I wanted to ride were up front and ready when I got there. Jose led me on a ride route that would give me the chance to compare and evaluate. Afterwards I had a few questions which were service focused. So he got the Service Manager who was especially helpful and very much interested in answering my questions.
