Went to the dealer and really had no pressure. Looked at a couple of bikes and said had to talk it over with my wife. Looked at a few owner bikes and still had Lucky Penny on my mind. Came back and showed me a VTX 1800. STILL NO PRESSURE TO BUY. Looked some more owners bikes and none had the price I got from Lucky Penny. Was in and out with my bike is 30 min. Paid cash and answered all the questions I had. Would recommend this dealer to anyone. Seth was my Sales person and was very calm even I wasn't going to buy the 1st time. I came back and still showed me with no pressure. Great Job.

Got my first Harley here. Sales guy Michael Jackson was awesome. Even with my less than stellar credit i got it same day. But when i had a problem with it2week's later (fobs stopped working) they fixed it on the spot. Thank you Nick and Dirk! Prices are fantastic too.

We were just stopping by to check it out and there she was...she made my heart stop and I had to have her! I had no intention of selling or trading my bike for a very long time...but she spoke to me! I asked Caleb many questions and he answered every one honestly. He pointed out some things that I didn't even think about and showed me every single feature from top to bottom. At that point, we went into Dirk's office and within the next hour, we were ready to go. I was very pleased with my trade in amount and the purchase price, including GAP, was more than reasonable. I have never has such a smooth, honest and happy experience when purchasing a bike! There were no trips to the "managers office" to get a better deal because they already offer you an amazing rock bottom price! Oh...and the prices are on the bikes so you don't have to waste even more time while the salesperson check with the "manager" for a price. I will shoo here again and highly recommend Lucky Penny to everyone!!! If you want honesty, go see Caleb and Dirk at Lucky Penny. If you want to be lied to, go to Texas Harley. It's a no-brainer for me!!!

Great deals and great atmosphere but more importantly they deal straight forward and honest. Can't say that about big box stores.

Fresh with my M endorsement, I went in looking for a new motorcycle. Jared was the sales person I met and delt with, very friendly. Suggested where to go to buy a helmet / gear and what type to purchase. After listening to my criteria we found a particular bike that I liked, a bulky Vulcan 900. The test ride was a failure due possibly to user error. I gravitated to a fresh Harley street 750 (my motorcycle safety course was completed at the Harley dealership across the street , on a street 500). Due to my issue with the other test ride, Dirk (the finance guru) suggested for Jared to ride the bike to the Harley course and I could test it there, away from the streets. Test ride went fantastic. Made the choice to purchase the bike. Jared was personable and friendly throughout the whole process. Both Dirk and Jared were helpful and tried to help me get the most financing leverage possible, in addition helped get me situated with motorcycle insurance via Harley insurance. Overall as a brand new rider, I felt respected and encouraged by both Jared and Dirk. I did not feel as if they tried to take advantage of my ignorance. The rest of the staff was friendly as well ; it was the memorial day weekend and the grill was fired up and multiple staff mentioned if I was hungry then I could eat. I don't plan on upgrading my motorcycle anytime soon, but if I do then Lucky Penny will be the first place I go.

I am amazed with how they handle business and the customer. I have been in several times and each and every time I was amazed with how they didn't care to just make a sale but actually get the best bike for me even if that meant they didn't get a sale that day. They care about you as a person. Compared to freedom powersports or Harley where all they want is the sale. I still have not bought my much needed bike but when I do it will be from them. I just gotta make more money lol. If you want a real experience of a way a bike shop should be go check em out !
