We had a Pest Control service today morning and had a very positive experience. Our technician Josh was very customer friendly and did a thorough job to inspect removed spider webs and applied liquid treatment to protect from insects. He was kind enough to even to go in the crawl space and check if there are any insects and mice activities. Thank You Josh and Issaquah Pest Control.

Great responsive company with good techs. Always clean polite and willing to do the difficult tasks. Josh came out and made sure everything was to my specific requests. Doing what I need is out of the general requests so having a company willing to help me without using poisons or bait means a lot. I protect my local wildlife and only have pests inside my home removed or controled.

We had a rodent problem and called Issaquah Pest control 3 times. First time to set up traps and sealed up a few areas. Second time Patrick came my husband said he was really thorough and found more entry points and fixed them. Today Josh came because we hear scratching sound and afraid there were more rodents in the crawlspace. He checked the crawlspace again to make sure there isnt any new activity. He was very patient with my million of questions and explained what he was going to do. Both Josh and Patrick were very professional. I ended up signing the guaranteed plan to have peace of mind!'

Got my quarterly pest control visit done today by Stephen. This company has COMPLETELY solved our rodent and spider/bug problem. We live in a log house in the woods and have trouble with booring beetles eating little holes in the logs rodents getting inside spiders everywhere and yellow jackets making nests under the eaves. No more rodents! No more spiders! No more nests under the eaves! And ALMOST no more booring beetles (they are really tough to control) but I am confident they will solve that as well. I love this company. They are extremely professional and very careful. Choosing Issaquah Pest Control was one of our best homeowner decisions.

Weve hired Issaquah Pest Control for quarterly maintenance after they came out to inspect wasp activity earlier this year. They are really responsive on the phone and via email. We have had 3 different people out so far and each has been great. Patrick was out recently to help us with some rodent activity and he was fantastic. He was really thorough and found potential entry points and fixed them. He also went above and beyond to be quiet and thoughtful (our kid was napping on his arrival/during inspection). Everthing was explained thoroughly and patiently. I was really impressed with the level of customer service. We had a very good and professional experiance. Our technician could not complete our service because our house painters were here, and I did not realize the service would include spraying under the eaves. He did the crawl space inspection, and offered to come back as soon as the painting is complete and we have a dry day to finish. Very happy with this service!

I asked them to treat some ants found at my bathroom. Chris started to explain his plan before beginning the work. He even climbed to my attic to look for where those ants might come from. After work he delivered a report including how/where he treated and some recommendation (trimming trees near my house etc.) he gave.I will wait for couples of week to check the results.

We had a very aggressive wasp underground nest in our backyard and Josh from Issaquah Pest Control was assigned to us to get rid of that nest. Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions. The service was quick and on time, and I love how easy they make it to make an appointment (you can even do it online!). Great service :)

When I requested a quote (over the weekend) I received the quote promptly on Monday morning. The service technician Chris arrived on time (I appreciated the ETA text as well). He masked up offered to put on booties (I declined but he as willing and ready). Did a very thorough inspection of my attic and crawlspace as well as exterior and put down traps. Now I wait to see if the rats oblige.Ill update this review a few months into the quarterly servicing.'
