Thoroughly inspected areas that had been invaded by rodents, sealed entries and monitored the areas to ensure that the rodents were effectively excluded. Gave a thorough report of conditions and gave recommendations for rehabilitation.
Update:
When we recently suspected a reinfestation, they came, laid traps, and confirmed that there was no rat activity. They also made sure we knew about condition issues in the crawlspace and checked to make sure that there were no new entrances.
They're friendly and excellent at communicating at all steps of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I have the subscription service with Issaquah Pest Control and they are great!! We have sugar ants and lots of spiders in our area, so we get the quarterly perimeter spray and bait traps. Whenever we see a critter in the area, I can just call/email them and they'll be out FAST - usually next day - with the recommended treatment. I feel very supported by their service!

We've had these folks on contract for over a year now. They are extremely responsive and prompt. Their services are effective and we've seen a massive decline in ants.
