Todd was extremely helpful when we came home to 40 yellow jackets that had chewed through our bathroom wall and were flying around. He answered on the first call (at 10:00pm) got us information quickly and arrived 30 minutes after the call (we're in Snoqualmie). He educated us in knowing what happened, why it happened and how to prevent it from occurring again.
The best part was he was super nice and not awkward (sometimes people that come into your home to do services can make you uncomfortable)- he's someone we would hang out with (feel free to text us Todd :)).
He made the process very simple, easy and cured all our problems and communicated paperless which made it easy to manage and pay.

After a particularly giant spider made an appearance in my house one night, I finally decided I'd had enough and needed professional help, and fast! I reached out to a few pest control companies on yelp and to my surprise Todd got back to me almost immediately, he made scheduling a breeze and was able to fit us in really quickly. Since he's a small business owner it felt like he genuinely cared about our concerns and even went as far as to reach out afterwards to follow up. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Moving into a new apartment and realizing that it has bedbugs is a nightmare, but Todd was an absolute lifesaver. He was able to come out the same day I called him, and he performed a thorough inspection and extermination and gave us clear instructions about what we needed to do to keep the bugs away. He even came out a second time at no additional cost to perform a final treatment. He was also very willing and available to answer all of our questions both in person and via text. I'm so grateful to have found Todd and highly recommend him to anyone with a pest problem.

Todd is TOTALLY amazing. He came out on super short notice after hours to deal with a potential bat in our kids' bedroom. Our son has special needs and it was going to be an entire fiasco if we had to switch sleeping arrangements on him with no notice like that. Todd dropped what he was doing, came out, and thoroughly inspected everything. He was such an enormous help and we cannot recommend him enough!!!

Very helpful and professional. He was able to come out next day to spray the exterior of my house when I found many carpenter ants outside. He was on time and provided me with a lot of helpful information on things I can do to keep pests out of my home. I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers when he came inside on my carpeting to inspect my interior. I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking for pest control! He was very knowledgeable.

Through yelp TODD was highly recommended so figure I'd see if I can schedule an appointment. Todd responded via text not even 15mins after I put in my information. We were able to schedule an early appointment to look over the wasp nest exterior part of the house. He came within the window of time provided. Took care of the wasp nest and provided some additional info. Also stated he will be back in three days to check on it. I appreciate the time, thoroughness, information, and professionalism Todd displayed throughout the process. I will be recommending him to others and look forward to contacting for any of my pest control issues.
