Major explained how to get rid of the moisture ants in the kitchen, and chose the bait/poison that would rid us of the infestation. He went about his business quickly, sprayed behind the refrigerator, where they were entering the house from the nest in the wall. He also recommended a brief perimeter spray just to make sure they were not coming into the house from outside.
He was friendly, and very professional. I appreciated his advice and suggestions for follow-up visits if needed.

Jaz and Alex arrived on time as planned (they even called me some time before the appointment to make sure it was ok). The technicians were well-informed about wasp behavior and eradication methods. They thoroughly explained the treatment plan, ensuring I understood the process.
They successfully eliminated the wasp nest, and the property has been wasp-free since their visit. They also gave me some recommendations on how to prevent them coming back in the future.
They also followed up after the service to ensure the problem was completely resolved. I had a few wasps coming back (neighbor problem) and they immediately took care of it.

We had an ANGRY wasp nest under a pot in our garden, I was able to set up to have them come out the following week to take care of it. Josh and Major did a PHENOMENAL job of explaining what they planned to do and then executing it, all the while dealing with the angry wasps flying around. It took a single day for the nest activity to completely die, and a week later its still DEAD!
Overall 10/10, would recommend.

I sent in a request via their website form on a Tuesday night, they called back Wednesday morning, and slotted me in for a Thursday appointment. They were on-time and very polite, quickly found our issue (a yellow jacket nest hiding in the insulation in our crawl area) and were able to remove it. Quick, easy, painless. Highly recommend.

Found baby rodent carcasses in my back yard. I saw about 5 of them, called Issaquah Pest Control and they sent their tech Josh A. the same day. He was very helpful, nice, and professional. He took care of the problem right away. He even moved my garbage cans for me to the front of my garage for garbage day (I was too grossed out to go back there) and he found 7 more hidden under the cans. He also did a thorough inspection under the leaves and bushes to make sure he didn’t miss anything. I am very satisfied with the service Josh A. provided. I’ve been using their service for at least 3 years now. Highly recommend using this company for all your pest control needs. Great people and company! Thank you!

Josh A came out and took care of a hornet's nest and replaced the spider traps just couple weeks after my quarterly service. He even removed a trap that had a dead shrew in it that was rotting in the garage. Highly recommend IPC
