I started out this journey to decrease pain and inflammation in my body. I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks of being on Betr Health and my pain went from a daily 8 to around a 1. I am so grateful for a simple no pressure to count calories or weigh my food. I found I had opportunity to eat more food than I really wanted and had to adjust. I completed Level 1 and found that it helped me rediscover how to eat healthy foods. My job was very stressful with long hours. I was so exhausted when I got home, I would eat whatever was easy to make. Which ended up to be processed foods. I was depressed, gained weight and had no energy. The program has helped me in many ways to get back on track. I am looking forward in transitioning to Level 2 which adds more food options. Lisa my couch was very supportive.

My experience was fabulous. I have been struggling bad for the last 10 years since I started menopause. I know itś not a diet program or a weight loss program per say but I lost 15 lbs. which is substantial for me in the first 3 weeks or level 1. I didnt feel deprived at all and almost all of the recipes are delicious and doesnt take long to prepare or make. I look forward to the level 2. It is the greatest program I have ever tried and been on.
