Sent my ip12pro to replace camera and everything went well, so happy to be finally able to use my camera again. Kenji was very attentive and gave me explanations and more details about my phone issue and also did an overall check-up on it which was extra helpful! Would recommend my friends. The only thing that can be improved might be customer service to make sure stocks arrive at the store before confirming the appointment time with customer. I knew secondlideasia from BFM youtube video.
