They’ve quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement service, but the actual repair time was only 1 hour and 30 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

Needed help and advice on how to retrieve data from an old MacBook Air with faulty screen. Not only did the technician provide excellent advice, he also performed some complimentary basic checks on the old MacBook and gave a demo on how to set it up for backup. I went to replace my iPhone 12 battery, and it took less than 2 hours to complete. Within that time, I wasn't worried about leaving my phone there. The service was fast, and the staff were very helpful. Before that, I got my quotation on their Facebook page while stating my issues. Iphone 13pro decided not to turn on aftwr using for over 2years. My friend recommended this place and I sent in my phone for diagnostic on Monday and get result on Wednesday that the motherboard need to be replaced. Price is reasonable, proceed and got a call on Friday morning that my iphone is ready for collection. Collected and hopefully can use for another 2 years.

Highly recommend their service. Brought it in for a LCD screen repair (my iPhone 13 Pro screen went completely white) and for some miraculous reason, it became okay when they were attempting the repair. Not only did they not replace my screen, they did not charge me a single cent either. So grateful for their honesty!
