Fast delivery towards completing an iPhone 8 Plus battery replacement within 2 hours. Staff also gave a secondary in-house phone for calling so that the customer can go out and proceed with other errands rather than waiting for 2 hours. Highly recommended!

Dion Loo is very helpful and giving good advice how to maintain optimum usage of battery and the service at the centre is excellent or at par with Apple Service Centre who some time never bother the explain the cause of the snag but just leave your Apple there and they will check later. Here Dion personal touch of going to extra mile is very commendable. I will definitely send all my Apple products that are out of warranty for service here. Good Job.

I sent a few of my old devices to see if I can salvage or send them to the recycling centre. I’m glad it’s just change of batteries on two of my devices. They also accept one of my old devices for recycling. They give professional advice and good tips on how to care for ur devices. Not to mention responsive service.

Really competent technicians who managed to recover my data after a long period of hard, detailed work on their part.
