I can’t recommend PM PrepCast and the Exam Simulator enough! These were the only resources I used, and they helped me pass my PMP Exam with Above Target in all domains (AT/AT/AT). The exam itself felt much easier compared to the simulator questions, which were challenging but immensely valuable in preparing me to handle any scenario. The detailed content of the courses was incredibly rich, covering both traditional and agile methodologies thoroughly, and it gave me the confidence to dive deeper into the agile world—I’m already considering other PM PrepCast materials to continue my learning journey! One of the best features of the simulator is the option to focus on specific knowledge areas, allowing you to target your practice and reinforce specific concepts. This review is for the course "Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers". This is a quality course, led by Cornelius Fichtner. The course is divided into nine lessons, each with a learning objective on an aspect of AI. The course is worth 14.75 PDUs. If you have listened to the Project Management Podcast or have used Cornelius's PMP exam materials, you'll immediately recognize Cornelius's pleasant, engaging and entertaining teaching style. The course is viewable online in their learning system, or on a mobile device via podcast software. The course covers the general objectives of understanding the fundamentals of AI in project management, applying AI tools and techniques in PM, and adapting to the evolving role of a project manager in AI-integrated work environments. The general focus is on AI literacy, especially human role in AI and ethics. Cornelius starts with where AI came from, how it is not a single tool but a mosaic of tools, how it evolved from statistical tools and automation, and where it is going in (inevitably) helping project managers with adaptability and problem-solving. Cornelius includes lessons on machine learning approaches and foundational knowledge of how AI works. The coursework and the interviews of professionals discuss data input to AI, and how quality and biases must be addressed and mitigated. Cornelius gets into writing good prompts, and shows samples of using AI tools to build reports and other deliverables for projects. He also discusses the future of the PM's role in working with AI and adapting it our individual work, and integrating it in to our team's work, as AI becomes more advanced. The course concludes with a few expert interviews to give more insights on the impact of AI on project managers and our work. I appreciated the comprehensiveness of the course, and recommend it for any project managers with an interest in how AI works and how it will impact the field. I started my CAPM exam prep in February 2024 by reading the PMBOK guide, associated process and business analysis books, and then began integrating practice exams and quizzes into my strategy. I took the exam in October 2024. I will wholly attest that the rigor of the questions found in PM Prepcast is what you need to prepare yourself for the CAPM exam. Yes, they are difficult, yes they can frustrate you...but that challenge will yield a confidence that you can ride into the exam and do extremely well. Good prep for the PMP exam. Challenging questions which are a good help for the actual exam. 4 different full exam simulations and hundreds of questions to practice on, with full explanations for why the answer is correct or not. I would like to see a mobile app version for use on my phone. I would also like to see a few more of the video tutorials referenced available with the premium subscription.

I am thankful that I found out about the PM PrepCast when I was preparing for the CAPM exam. I bought the CAPM Elite Package (CAPM Exam Prep Course that fulfills the 23 hours of project management education and the CAPM Exam Simulator) and it was the most helpful resource during my exam preparation. I passed the CAPM certification exam thanks to the PM PrepCast.

After PMI-ACP certification, I decided to go for PMP. Got certified couple of months back. Having experienced the Agile PrepCast Simulator as well as the Course which were very well structured and of high quality, I didn't have second thoughts about going for their PM PrepCast Elite bundle. I couldn't have done without their practice questions and simulator exams, that provides detailed and excellent explanation for all the given options for every question and are just right in terms of timing and complexity. Additionally, the formula guide and related practice questions are simply awesome in terms of their breadth, depth and explanations. The course suggests an additional study guide, which I found is a must as well. Out of the couple of options suggested there, I went for Rita Mulcahy, 11th edition. Highly recommend The PM PrepCast courses and exam simulators!
