I started my CAPM exam prep in February 2024 by reading the PMBOK guide, associated process and business analysis books, and then began integrating practice exams and quizzes into my strategy. I took the exam in October 2024. I will wholly attest that the rigor of the questions found in PM Prepcast is what you need to prepare yourself for the CAPM exam. Yes, they are difficult, yes they can frustrate you...but that challenge will yield a confidence that you can ride into the exam and do extremely well. I scored AT/AT/AT/AT....a big part of why i was able to do so well was because of PM Prepcast. The exam simulator will prepare you well...it's worth the investment of time, money, and dedication....Victory Loves Preparation....let PM Prepcast assist you.

Good prep for the PMP exam. Challenging questions which are a good help for the actual exam. 4 different full exam simulations and hundreds of questions to practice on, with full explanations for why the answer is correct or not. I would like to see a mobile app version for use on my phone. I would also like to see a few more of the video tutorials referenced available with the premium subscription.

I am thankful that I found out about the PM PrepCast when I was preparing for the CAPM exam. I bought the CAPM Elite Package (CAPM Exam Prep Course that fulfills the 23 hours of project management education and the CAPM Exam Simulator) and it was the most helpful resource during my exam preparation. I passed the CAPM certification exam thanks to the PM PrepCast.

After PMI-ACP certification, I decided to go for PMP. Got certified couple of months back. Having experienced the Agile PrepCast Simulator as well as the Course which were very well structured and of high quality, I didn't have second thoughts about going for their PM PrepCast Elite bundle. I couldn't have done without their practice questions and simulator exams, that provides detailed and excellent explanation for all the given options for every question and are just right in terms of timing and complexity. Additionally, the formula guide and related practice questions are simply awesome in terms of their breadth, depth and explanations. The course suggests an additional study guide, which I found is a must as well. Out of the couple of options suggested there, I went for Rita Mulcahy, 11th edition. Highly recommend The PM PrepCast courses and exam simulators!

Highly recommend purchasing the exam simulator for CAPM. The content is challenging but will help you pass the test on your first go. The explanations are very good for right and wrong answers and really help you understand the material better. I’ll be using this for my PMP certification. You will not be disappointed this is a must for your preparation!

I recently took Cornelius Fichtner's "Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers" course. As a long-time PM, I realized I needed to quickly jump on board the AI train and find out what it's all about. I have taken a few quick-hit courses but needed something in depth. Well, I found it! "AI for PMs" is a 14-hour on-demand video class and it is VERY comprehensive. There are four videos on AI fundamentals alone (AI Basics, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models), several on ethics and data and several on writing prompts. You will be tempted to jump right to "Prompting Like a Boss" but don't. You'll want the full knowledge prior to that. (I never fully realized the importance of good data till now). That said, I really did learn how to write prompts better. Cornelius is a most engaging host and the way he has learned to write prompts is mind-blowing. Rather than just say to the chatbot, for example, "I am going for a job interview and need ideas," he helped me understand the level of detail I can ask the chatbot, how I can ask it to interview ME and how to put together a prompt library for my team. Yes, there are caveats to using AI such as security and the fact that chatbots "hallucinate." In the latter part of the course, Cornelius interviews several leading experts who discuss issues such as "If we have AI do we still need PMs?" and "Is AI ready to be rolled out in your organization?" (Answers yes, and probably not). You get the idea. This is a fantastic overview of AI not only for PMs but for managers and PMO directors saying to themselves "Ai is here, what do I do with it?" Please note this is a fairly exhaustive look at AI and you won't finish watching it overnight. But it is well worth the time and you will a lot better-informed after watching it. Highly recommended.

I recently completed an online course on utilizing A.I. in project management, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. The course provided a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be integrated into project management processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. The lectures were well-structured. Mr. Fichtner was highly knowledgeable and could explain complex topics in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to leverage A.I. in project management.

Cornelius has created a marvellous course. His ‘AI for Project Managers’ training is timely, necessary, and valuable. I recommend it to project managers, and anyone involved in delivering projects because it hits the right spot in terms of range, depth, and delivery. The course assumes no previous knowledge, which is great for those who need to learn about AI but may feel confused by what they currently see and hear. This course packs in a lot of useful information, not just on AI in general but also on how AI tools will affect the discipline of project management. I came away with specific examples of ways I can apply AI tools in the projects I manage. Although this is described as an introductory course, it is comprehensive. That said, the pacing is just right so you don’t feel overwhelmed at any time. The world of project management is changing dramatically because of AI. This course will help you navigate these changes, so that you are ready to manage the projects of the future.

The PrepCast is the must have tool for passing the PMP exam. The tool is provided with statistics that helps you to get the proper insight of where you are, the possibility to have multiple type of testing/exam simulation allows you to customize your test to dig each single argument in detail. The explanation of the error is great and basically gives you the possibility to study while reading it. Highly suggested, some months of trial and you are more than ready to go.

This is a great course and worth investing the time to go through it. AI is here to stay and keeping the antenna up to learn more is the more important skill to navigate the tsunami of change.

AI in Project Management: Where we are and how we can forward. This course presents a detailed and comprehensive overview of how Project Managers can Artificial Intelligence systems today to make their work easier and more efficient. It covers what AI can do, and how to communicate that to various stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and others effected by the project and the AI system. The 15-hour course is like a 1-credit seminar on AI for an MBA or other graduate program from a lecturer who clearly knows and loves his subject. Fichtner divides his course into seven (7) sections: “The AI PM Revolution,” “Fundamentals,” “Ethics, Integrity & Transparency,” “Data,” “Generative AI,” “The Future: AI-Driven PM,” and “AI in Action: Expert Insights.” This course provides a terrific starting point for project managers who want or need to start using AI or who want or need to deploy AI Systems. Fichtner tells us where we are, where we can go from here, and how we might move forward. Early adopters, he says, will have an edge on people who don't understand or use AI capabilities. Personal experience with ChatGPT and an "AI Hallucination," followed by a conversation with ChatGPT on how it learns tells me that Fichtner's sections on Ethics, Responsible AI, Data Bias, and Generative AI may be the most important in the course.

I recently passed my PMP exam with an Above Target score. The Prepcast PMP Simulator is a must have tool for the success process. But be careful to use it when you complete your PMP review as it has a success rate feature which indicates when you are ready for the exam, and it is so accurate. Once you complete the questions and you are close to 70% on your first attempt answering the questions, then you are ready to go...Finally, the 4 prepcast exams are fundamental to prepare you for the endurance required for the real Exam,,, ensuring you a no-surprise go on the exam day...

The "AI for Project Managers" course by Cornelius Fichtner is truly a game-changer in project management education. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I’ve relied on Fichtner’s training for exam preparation in the past, and once again, his commitment to delivering high-quality content shines through in this course. What makes this course stand out is its comprehensive approach to AI. Rather than focusing solely on tools, it builds a deep understanding of how AI is reshaping project management from the ground up, covering essential topics like AI literacy, ethical considerations, and the transformative impact on the role of project managers. Each module is designed to equip project managers with practical skills for leveraging AI in real-world scenarios, from improving decision-making to automating routine tasks. I particularly appreciated the focus on ethical AI use, ensuring that project managers are prepared to implement AI responsibly and transparently in their projects. The insights into machine learning, natural language processing, and data management are presented in a clear and engaging way, making complex concepts accessible even to those new to AI. Having passed my PMP exam using Fichtner’s Project Management PrepCast, I can confidently say that his teaching style continues to be top-notch—informative, structured, and relevant to today's evolving landscape. This course is an invaluable resource for any project manager looking to future-proof their career and integrate AI-driven strategies into their project management toolkit.
