Let's be honest, when you package great, healthy food with a team of professionals, you leave the establishment with a big smile :). I’ll begin with Raul who was tending to the bar. Warm, friendly, gentleman who knows the gentle nuances of conversation and making your dining experience a satisfying, enjoyable one. When was the last time you had the opportunity to meet the GM and the Head Chef? Well that's exactly what I experienced. The General Manager (Dante) approached me to genuinely solicit my input regarding my my dining experience. Now that was a classy act of professionalism second to none. He was truly sincere in what I had to say. Very nice gentleman. This leads me to the "Piece-de-resistance". Having the opportunity to meet, chat and provide feedback to the "Chef-de-Cuisine", commonly refer to as the "Head Chef". What a truly nice gentleman who took the time to listen, dialogue and make the dining experience personal. We chatted about the healthy menu items and the corporate ethos of "True Food Kitchen". Bottom line, do you want a tasty, healthy, comfortable dining experience? Look no further my friends. Kudos to all! Well done indeed.
