We loved our food. Whenever I want FRESH TASTY real ingredients that are good for you - I think of True Food! You will not be disappointed! They have themed menus and the Summer one had my favorite “Rainbow Trout!” Get over to True Food and give your tastebuds a treat!
I got a meal for take home (rainbow trout) and one to eat in (spaghetti squash). Both were good.
And the Edamame Guac is tasty. The charred cauliflower was also to go. It was good. That street corn flatbread was my husband’s - but I tasted it. Yummy! Would never thought to put that combo together.

Great atmosphere, service, and delicious healthy food! Victoria was very friendly and helpful. I was even able to bring my pup on the patio and they brought him a bowl of water.

We came here in Reston because our vegan friends were interested in its menu, and it was on the way to Wolftrap where we had tickets to a performance. The mseat eaters and vegans were able to find selections to their tastes, and even I, a non-vegan, had a vegan meal. The price was reasonable n parking was free after 5pm and we got to the show in plenty of time. We had a 5:30 reservation and the show started at 7:30

Great food, healthy menu, nice atmosphere! I wish there was a greater coffee selection on the menu instead of dessert at healthy restaurant like this one. Highly recommend the grass-fed Peruvian burger with over easy egg. Enjoy!

Everything was great here, I tried their hamburger with sweet potatoe fries and it was excellent!! They don't have a big soda selection, like they didn't have diet coke.
