Reston, VA (Reston Town Center)

Excellent place for fantastic food and outstanding service. My wife and I have been here a few times because we live close by and have always had a great experience, food, drinks, dessert and service have always been great. This evening, we sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by one of the bartenders named Danielle. While we were sitting there though, unfortunately another customer sat near us at the end of the bar and proceeded to berate Danielle and other staff members who were just trying to do their jobs. This customer was an absolute trash human being and was sending food back for ridiculous reasons such as not being toasted enough or toasted too much, demanding that the dishwasher stop making so much noise while putting clean dishes away, and constantly complaining about anything and everything anytime anyone on the staff approached her to see if she wanted or needed anything. Danielle was an absolute champ when dealing with this terrible customer who obviously felt entitled (and likely would have melted if she got too close to a heat source given all the plastic surgery she has obviously had). Danielle never got flustered, was incredibly pleasant and maintained her friendly demeanor throughout our entire dinner when dealing with this woman. I made sure I let the manager know that Danielle was fantastic to us and also how well she dealt with an extremely difficult customer. We will absolutely be back and I hope that Danielle and the rest of the staff know that they do a great job and that most of us customers sincerely appreciate their great service each time we visit. Thanks Danielle and keep doing what you're doing!
