My hearing declined several years ago to a level that could not be ignored, and I began using conventional hearing aids. They helped but sound quality seemed tinny and unpleasant , and I continued to struggle understanding conversation. My experience with Earlens devices and the people at Virsono that custom fit and adjust them has been very positive. These are kind, knowledgeable, highly competent people and the devices enhance hearing with a full and natural sound quality. Restoration of adequate hearing has allowed me to continue working and to maintain social connections to a much greater degree than would otherwise be possible. I am pleased to have this opportunity to endorse Virsono and Earlens. They do cost more than conventional hearing aids, but to me they would be a bargain at twice the price.

The staff is very caring. They do their best to make sure your hearing aids are working optimally for you. The clarity and sounds I experienced with my hearing aids are outstanding compared to analog hearing aids. Try it, you may like it.

From the time I entered the facility I felt very welcomed and important! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The attention paid to the scientific tests done and explained were very good and thorough and the fitting of for my ear canal was very cool! The service here is wonderful. Anytime I have a problem, I get immediate help. As an example, I need to get an MRI and therefore have to have the ear lens removed. They went above and beyond to schedule me so I would have the minimal amount of time without my hearing aids. Really excellent service
