This was my first visit at Virsono(Earlens) and was very pleased and impressed with the audiologist, Tanya. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable in maintaining and adjusting my hearing aids to get the best reception possible. She also administered and interpreted my audiology test and reviewed it with me. Office staffer Tabitha was very nice and helpful, as well. My ears were in good hands there!

The staff are a refreshing group!! I’m still incredibly impressed with them and how much they haved value to my like through better hearing devices!! I am constantly amazed at the difference the earlens product has made after the two sets of hearing aids I had in the past!

The experience is always detailed! I know exactly what is happening as it’s occurring. The staff is inviting, professional and friendly…they’ve also accommodated me at the most crucial moments. An emergency for me does not constitute an emergency for them, however, they rise to the occasion. That is greatly appreciated. I love it here❣️

Great experience, I learned a lot about how to care for my earlens hearing aids and got good information about how adjusting for background noise affects the device, how to properly lubricate the eardrum and why this is important. Very very helpful!
