The team has done a wonderful job. Unfortunately the right hearing aid is not working at all today. I need it replaced. In the two weeks I have had them the right one has died 3 times.

I have received excellent service from the staff at Earlens who are part of the Virsono Hearing Center. Earlens has changed my life in that I can travel again hearing guides and city sounds, attend meetings and have become less isolated. It was a difficult adjustment for me for the first month but staff was ever helpful and encouraging. Dr. Inserra was particularly sensitive to my needs and made adjustments as needed.

I had concerns about hearing issues suddenly appeared. I hesitated to call as I thought the concerns might be my misunderstanding about their operation. I called Tany and she worked with me over several visits and determined it may be a lens issue. She ordered a new lens to be fitted Jan 8. I'm confident and from certain from her past knowledge and experience that this will alleviate the issue.
Tanya has my utmost respect for her knowledge, experience, and customer relations professionalism as do her co-workers. They speak very highly of her! Thank you, Tanya!

All the staff at Earlens Hearing Center were very polite. They took your time to answer all my questions. They also are very concerned about your health and wants you to hear as long as you can. I would be glad to refer anyone to Virsono Hearing Center.

They started me with a hearing test. I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. I spoke with Stephanie Moore, Au.D, and she described the condition of my hearing. We then talked about the Earlens lens and its benefit to my hearing. It clearly would enhanse the range of my hearing. A serious product with a serious purpose. .
