They started me with a hearing test. I was very impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. I spoke with Stephanie Moore, Au.D, and she described the condition of my hearing. We then talked about the Earlens lens and its benefit to my hearing. It clearly would enhanse the range of my hearing. A serious product with a serious purpose. .

I came in to have my hearing aids adjusted as I was having a difficult time when in a restaurant or noisy area the initial adjustment when I turn my hearing aid to the Noise module the sound was very loud and I could not use the function The staff made adjustments and I will try it the next time and I’m in a restaurant or noisy area. They were very helpful and courteous.
