First visit, the billing department sent me a bill notifying me of my auto pay had begun. This was agreed to begin 2 months later. A few emails, calls & conversations ensued and the payment was reversed more business days than was comfortable. The people at Virsono were unusually kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Mitchell was thirough and WONDERFUL.
About 2 weeks later, I requested help with my device. It appeared to NOT be working.
It took a few days before I received an email giving me the time when Dr. Mitchell would be calling me to address my issue. She called & very patiently guided me through the process using enclosed tools to remove and replace a tiny part. It worked!
My confidence in Virsono is building as my HEARING is improving.
I am using a newly developed CROS system....somewhat akin to navigating uncharted waters ( from my perspective ).
I believe Virsono's perspective is more from an educated position.
We are both on the Same Team .
