Every professional I met at this clinic treated me with the utmost kindness and skill. Whether it was the ENT doctor of the audiologist, I was impressed with the dedication they showed to making sure I could hear as well as possible given the severity of my hearing loss. My experience at Earlens, Menlo Park, has been excellent! I was even greeted by their CTO! The evaluation was extremely thorough and clinically focused. Joyce was great at getting right to the heart of my hearing issues ... even including family dynamics! I was overwhelmed by the sound quality of their product. The fitting process with Dr. Munoz, despite potential complications, was a breeze. She's very skilled! This coming Thursday I go in for my "installation" ... can't wait!

I have been wearing Earlens hearing aids for three years and am completely satisfied with the results. I've found the staff to be professional and helpful in the installation of the hearing aids and the periodic services provided. I found the hearing aids particularly useful when encountering background noises which would otherwise have interfered with my hearing of nearby conversations. There are 4 settings: normal use, restaurant-type noises, very loud noises and listening to music. I would highly recommend the choice of this particular type of hearing aid which does not require batteries but only periodic charging - which is very simple.

Have worn aids over the last 15 years or so and yes they help somewhat but just do not do the job. As you folks know it isn’t just hearing but understanding what is being said, the words is a real issue. Very frustrating for me and those around me, especially my wife. My hearing issues are not severe enough for the drastic alternative, Cochlear implant. Was looking for an alternative and think I have found it in Earlens. The whole concept of direct drive versus audio just makes complete sense. Dr Hartman and staff have guided me on the start of this journey giving me complete confidence on where were I’m headed. I feel I have their complete support in making this journey successfully. This is a new adventure, just starting yesterday and looking forward to reporting in the future that it is worth the effort and expense.

The people at the Earlens Menlo Park clinic were very polite, kind, and helpful. In addition to my regular visits, they assisted me with what I thought was an emergency, when I had some bleeding from one of my ears (it turned out not to be important). They also replaced an inner lens that did not fit properly, which considerably improved the performance of the system. They tested me thoroughly, made adjustments as needed, and answered all my questions. Although it took almost two months for the effects to show, the Earlens system ultimately performed quite a bit better than my old hearing aids. I am very satisfied with both system and people.
