Never having worn hearing aids before
I’ve needed a lot of hand holding through my Earlens experience. I have always received the best care from the ENT and Audiologists. Office staff is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Earlens!

For a long time, I struggled with hearing problems and sought hearing aids from various places. However, I wasn't satisfied with any of them as none addressed my real issue. They all recommended their hearing aids without addressing the root cause of my hearing loss. That was until I went to Earlens. They listened to my problem, conducted tests, and then informed me that I had wax and fluid behind my eardrum. Even the ENT couldn't identify this issue. I am incredibly thankful to Earlens team especially to Dr. Pragati Mandikal, Dr. Peter Li, and Dr. Joyce Crawford .

Nothing but good vibes to share here! My office visits are always satisfying and productive. The entire staff is helpful, courteous, efficient and friendly! Michelle always makes my hearing experience better and as close to optimum hearing as possible every time I visit. I cant say enough good things about my experiences after deciding to join the earlens family. It has been one of the most rewarding purchases I have ever made for myself. I can hear again like I did when I was 20 yrs old! Hearing things I’ve not heard in 40 years! I am a musician and hearing is essential to what I do and I am hearing music now better than I have in a very long time! Complete satisfaction with my earlenses doesn't really describe how these instruments have changed my life for the better!!! So glad I decided to get them!!! Thank you earlens for improving my quality of life 10 fold!!!

I had a tremendous experience with Earlens. I work as a physician and found myself increasingly challenged. I thought I had reached the limits of all avaliable hearing devices, but Earlens was a quantum leap forward. My ability to hear high tones again restored my ability to enjoy music. Fitting the device was easier than I imagined, and the follow up and care has been outstanding. I have been recommending this device to my friends. There will always be situations that are challenging (like noisy restaurants) but overall, it's been such a blessing. I should point out that I have no vested interest in the company, other than to make sure more people hear about it before they reach a apoint of despair. I couldn't be more pleased!

Every professional I met at this clinic treated me with the utmost kindness and skill.
