I had an issue with my right ear and i was able to promptly be seen. The issue was resolved and I’m all set go another 3 months with my Earlens hearing aids. As always, the service was excellent! Dr Hartman, Amber, and the audiologist were wonderful! I love my Earlens and am so grateful to have such competent and caring professionals care for me.

These folks are amazing! I'm really happy with their services, and the staff are wonderful. They came to the rescue when the practice I was going to closed their Audiology department with very little notice, and Earlens Hearing agreed to take us in, and even honored my previous extended warrantee at their own financial peril when I just showed up one day with a non-working hearing aide. Their efforts and attention to detail while testing and working with me to get the best hearing solution is much appreciated.

I am very glad I made the appointment at Freehold. Tonya was very professional, helpful and patient. She adjusted my hearing aids so that I am hearing much better. She also noted that I had a wax buildup, so I had them cleaned. The woman who cleaned them was very nice and it was painless.

I've had my hearing aids nearly two years and feel they work very well, these are my first hearing aids, voices sounded completely natural from the beginning and I requied no accommodation time. I also appreciate their exceptionally broad frequency range which contributes to the ability to appreciate nuances in music.
The Earlens staff provide excellent support with quarterly exams by an ENT and audiologist. In addition, the on-call concierge staff have provided prompt assistance the few times I've required it, such as arranging for replacement of damaged parts.
