I had the pleasure of working with Nav (PT), Mandy (PTa) & Caleb (PTa) primarily as well as some of the rest of the team after being diagnosed with tendonitis in my elbow as a result of carrying too many groceries at once! Being a Registered Nurse who works on a Behavioural Health unit, having full ROM in my arms is imperative to a successful and safe day at work, so getting my elbow into working condition again ASAP was priority. Right off the bat, I had a very positive introductory/assessment appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and personable Ron was at the front desk upon my arrival at the clinic. From the assessment to my most recent appointment, every interaction with the team has been pleasant and incredibly informative/helpful. My elbow is already back to working condition (2-3 weeks of therapy) and Nav has now begun to focus on helping me learn exercises to strengthen my shoulders and back to ensure this sort of injury doesn't happen again. The level of care, attention to detail, efficiency, and clear effort being put forth to ensure the patient experience is a good one at the Dundas location is second to none. Precision Physiotherapy Dundas is a group of highly educated professionals who truly seem to value the patients quality of life and really focus on getting you back to where you want to be in that regard, fully equipped to help you do so. I highly recommend this location for anyone in the Dundas/Westdale or surrounding area in need of physiotherapy. I will most assuredly be coming back in the future if I manage to injure myself again. A personal shout out to Ron for being one of the friendliest, most personable people I have met recently in my life. Truly a stand out guy!
