I have been suffering from crippling back pain (and more recently leg pain) for years (mostly postural and muscular-related). I have seen many therapists over the past 10 years and got little to no results until I came to Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas where I got amazing results in just a few weeks. Their team is wonderful, caring, extremely competent, thorough and efficient. Their goal is to get you pain-free, so you don’t have to come back, which is very much appreciated when you don’t have benefits. I highly recommend them, they are fantastic!

I came to Precision Physiotherapy after an achilles tendon injury. I had had physio elsewhere and felt that I wasn't making progress. I was seen by Prim, who demonstrated great care and a deep understanding of what the problem was. He explained everything in detail and with a clarity that made understanding of my issues and how they could be ameliorated, all the easier. He began a 6 week series of sessions, involving manipulation, massage, exercises and laser treatment. There was a clear goal and a way to reach it. The treatments themselves were focussed. The "homework" was realistic. After 4 treatments to date, both he and I have seen improvement, which is very gratifying. I would definitely recommend Precision Physiotherapy, and in particular Prim, to help you improve and overcome injury.

This place is fantastic! The staff is caring, responsive, knowledgeable, upbeat, and empathetic. What I also appreciate is their multi-disciplinary approach - whether you need physio, massage, acupuncture, or orthotics, they can look after you all in one place instead of referring you elsewhere. Moreover, when I needed a requisition for an x-ray, they made the arrangements through my doctor's office, saving me the time and bother. I have been to other places, but this place is top notch for service, care, and competence (special shoutout to Nav!)! They also do direct billing with insurance, which is very convenient! They're the best!

Fantastic experience everytime I went in. Very knowledgable, friendly, and receptive staff. Ron was always super helpful with my claim, appts etc etc. Nav and Prem were so good at what they do but more importantly are very personable, which goes very far. At the start i was on crutches and not weight bearing and now I am walking around almost finished with the whole program. Cheers to a great practice guys!

I came to Precision Physiotherapy after a bike crash. They worked with me on loosening up some tight muscles and activating some ones that weren’t working as they should. "Came in with a dislocated shoulder injury and 2 fractures. Left shoulder 4 weeks of PT with stretching and range of motion within the shoulder and arm with a goal of playing my bass. After 4 weeks, I'm able to play the bass and will continue with the exercises. Nav is a positive person and this helped a great deal with recovery. I am grateful for his help! James is also a positive person - a good assistant."

Treatment: Nav was my physiotherapist and help me find recovery from a hip, groin, and lower back strain after I tried to get back into running. Nav provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Initial sessions were focused on releasing and resetting the strained muscles. Subsequent sessions were focused on consistency and strengthening. I was also provided with home exercises to do between sessions, with demonstrations in clinic. Nav also provided me with footwear advice, and directed me to trusted stores for further assistance. Upon completion of treatment, I feel like I have a new body, and strategies to keep minor strains and pains at bay.
Admin - Ron was the first person I spoke with to book an appointment. He was very personable and professional. He provided a clear overview of what to expect, and I felt in control as the patient. No surprises and no nonsense. Ron was very helpful with insurance and booking appointments, as well as Paige too!
Overall, this is a very well run and professional clinic. Nav is super committed to his clients, and you do feel like a team. For example, he recently held a series of free running workshops for the public. Even though I was the only registrant for one of the workshop sessions, Nav didn't cancel because he knew my goal was to get back into running and he wanted to support my journey. Considering there was no obligation, most other clinics would have cancelled (rightfully so). This just demonstrates the level of support you can expect at Precision Physio. Thanks again!

I had lower back issues from a injury in the past working an office job. After my full session, I no longer have sharp pain on my lower back and I also found ways to relieve the pain and strengthen my body. The place is friendly and amazing!

When I came to Precision Physio, wearing socks and shoes, standing or walking on any hard surface was painful. My foot, ankle and calf pain was unbearable. Over the last few years, yes years, I saw other professionals in Dundas with no relief. I had given up activities I love which are hiking, biking, swimming, cross country skiing and even some daily tasks which were too painful to do.
I started working with Nav who was quick to figure it out and provided me with hands on relief, as well as using a scraping tool, laser, and exercises to do at home. After a few months with Nav, I am finally becoming pain free and getting my life back.
Nav is an excellent Physiotherapist, incredibly knowledgeable and cares about his patients.
The staff here are fantastic and go above and beyond to assist you. Thank you to Ron, Paige, Prem, Emma, James and special thanks to Nav!

My experience at Precision Physio Dundas has been outstanding!! My physiotherapist Nav is very positive, knowledgeable and client centred in his approach which makes him a pleasure to work with. I suffer from PCS and also have a hip injury. My hip has greatly improved since coming here and I continue to make steady gains with my head/neck injuries.
My husband now goes here for a shoulder injury and has seen big improvements as well.
The assistants Emma and Stephen are kind, caring and supportive. Ron the office manager is very friendly and organized with all paperwork.
My husband and I have also seen Prem on occasion who is also so kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
My elderly parents now come here too and they are always treated with respect, kindness and gentleness. My dad’s shoulder injury has significantly improved thanks to Nav and the team!
