I had meniscus surgery on my left knee and started physio four days later. The staff were kind, courteous and very professional. After three weeks my range of motion and strength had improved tremendously. The improvement was attributed to the treatment and exercises prescribed for my situation.
If you are in need for a physiotherapist...look no further than Precision Physiotherapy.

It was super easy and convenient to book an initial visit to assess my issues. The staff was super clear about my treatment plan and made sure I felt comfortable. Everyone is super friendly too. The home exercises were easy to keep up with and I was able to reduce the number of anticipated visits that were needed because I recovered a lot quicker!!

I came here with pain in my feet, shoulder and hip. I can now walk with much less pain, my shoulder has a lot more movement and my hips aren't in as much pain when I walk. I will continue to improve in Manitoba with the exercises given by the amazing staff here at Precision Physiotherapy!

I have been dealing with back pain for over a decade now, throughout those years I have seen multiple physiotherapist but I recommend precision physiotherapy above them all.
From the time I called to find out more, Ron made the experience flawless, he dealt with my insurance, billing, booking, they were very accommodating and flexible.
Ash is an amazing knowledgable therapist, he used multiple ways to treat my back and the combination of them all was very relaxing and beneficial for my muscles.
The whole team are super friendly and their personal approach made the experience more enjoyable.

I injured my right heel ( plantar fasciitis ) while playing tennis in late November 2019. I had the same injury approximately ten years ago and treated it with rest and soft heel inserts from the drug store in all my shoes. After a few months, I resumed playing tennis.
This time I tried the same thing - rest, soft heel supports etc. After a few months of not getting better, my family doctor prescribed physiotherapy - massage, ultrasound, stretching exercises etc. In March the virus hit and the physio place that I was going to did not take the virus seriously. The small waiting room was crowded and I was the only one wearing a mask, so I stopped going. Two weeks later their office closed down. My heel was not getting better. During a Zoom conference with some of my colleagues, I heard about shockwave therapy and how the therapy had been successful.
I did a net search for places that offered this treatment and found Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas. I called their office, spoke with Ron and made an appointment for a consultation.
After a few sessions alternating between shockwave and laser therapies, my heel started to improve significantly. After eight sessions my heel has now recovered and I am starting to play tennis again. Considering that I was having trouble walking normally, let alone playing tennis, this is amazing to say the least.
The treatment was flawless and the staff, manager Ron and therapist Ashish were excellent. Both these gentlemen were personable, professional and welcoming. Because of these two, it was a pleasure to go to these sessions. The office waiting area is spacious and because my appointments were spaced and timed so well, I never waited and was always directed immediately to the therapy room - I rarely came across any other patients. Everyone is masked and the experience is as safe as it could possibly be.
It is with every confidence that I highly recommend Precision Physiotherapy. The treatment works, their office is safe and the staff is excellent.
