I came to Precision Physio for help with a strained hamstring concerned that I might not be able to continue running or working out as I'd hoped.The team gave me a full treatment plan with exercises to follow. I not only enjoyed the time healing, I can also see massive improvements with my hamstring and general lower body strength. I'm eager to get back to running. Thanks a bunch!

I just completed a course of of physiotherapy and massage treatment following a car accident. After almost three months of regular treatment by Prem and Stephen, the stiffness and lack of mobility in my back and neck is gone.
All the staff at Precision Physiotherapy are so friendly and amenable and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. My experience has been exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to others.

What can I say about this place? If you have pain, they will make it go away professionally! I got injured at work and started experiencing pain in my lower back sciatic nerve. I couldn't walk and needed a cane to support my motions. They treated me for a past injury so I came back with this one. I was assessed by their talented physiotherapist Prim and he helped me to stretch the muscle and treated me with laser therapy for my cramping muscle. I swear, when I came to the next appointment 2 days later I no longer needed the cane and could walk relatively well. He continued to treat me with exercises, stretches, and laser therapy until I got better and returned to better than I was before the injury. He answered all my questions and was very professional about it. Definitely recommend the team if you have any body pain!

When I came here, I had severe neck pain, I had difficulty driving (turning to look left) and sleeping at night. After Nav and Myan treated me, I have been able to drive again and I am finally getting a good night's sleep. Also, the many exercises they have taught me, will continue to help me. Before I came to see Precision Physiotherapy Dundas I had slipped on ice and injured my neck. It was very painful and since I already had tight shoulder, neck and jaw muscles I knew I needed help.
Prem was so thorough during my initial assessment. He was very patient and listened to my grievances! He was able to help me with my pain in that appointment.
I’m still healing but after 3 appointments I can honestly say I am finally getting to the root of my pain and discomfort. I also have seen physiotherapist Nav who was able to treat my TMJ dysfunction and resolve my clicking jaw immediately. I know they are looking at all aspect of my body to help me get back to myself probably even better than before my injury!
Ron is always a friendly and supportive face when I show up and PTAs Steven and Myan have also lead to a fantastic experience overall. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Everyone at Precision Physio is wonderful! My experience has been nothing but educational and healing. I came in with a sore back and I've left feeling stronger and ready to get back to doing things I love. I had some nerve damage in my left arm, down to my wrist and hand. This was caused by leaning on that arm while doing some painting. I had numbness in my hand and fingers and could hardly make a fist. After ten sessions with Nav, the numbness is almost entirely gone. I have full use of my hand and the strength is back as well. I can now perform all tasks and my hand is feeling stronger with more flexibility in my wrist and elbow. Nav is a great guy and incredibly knowledgeable. He is personable and makes you feel very comfortable.

I've been to the Dundas facility.
After 2 weeks of laser treatment and exercises for lower back pain, I am at the point of almost no pain. The exercises done (and given for homework) are low intensity but help a lot. I am confident that in 6 weeks I will be pain free.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Motivating is second nature to all.

After having terrible pain on my back for a week and taking medication didn’t resolve the issue, I reached out to Precision. They were quick to schedule my appointment. After my first session, I had clear idea about my injury and things I should do to help it out. They sent me exercises to do at home. Of course not fan of homework but, they were super-helpful. In span of 4 weeks I was back to my normal routine pain free. Now I have tools to work by myself to prevent such injuries. Worth recommendation to my friends and family. Thank you guys.

My father attends Precision Therapy in Dundas (Noah) and I almost always walk inside with him. We have nothing but the best experience here. From arranging further visits to working on his recovery, it's all nothing but an amazing experience thanks to Precision therapy.
Noah has both massage therapy and physiotherapy sessions here. Both the physiotherapist and registered massage therapists are so caring, professional and address the exact area of need that Noah is seeking. He feels better every time he attends the clinic and we are very optimistic in his recovery because we have professionals caring for him.
We would like to especially thank Ron at the front for being the reason Noah and I have decided to work with Precision therapy. From being organized to professional to guiding us in the right direction, it makes the experience the much more special. He understood the needs we had immediately.

Great team and awesome experience, went to Precision for my wrist pain. They were quick to figure out the problem explained in detail to me and designed me treatment plan. Laser therapy was the best, so effective and helpful. Prem helped me out by educating and providing home exercise program. Thank you Precisin team for your help. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Ron or Olivia. Both amazingly pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. You are then greeted by one of the Physiotherapists. They go over all the reasons you are there, set goals, a plan and get you started. They are incredibly understanding and so encouraging. You may not think you are doing so well but they encourage you along all the while making sure that you are not overdoing it.
After my first 3 sessions I noticed a big improvement in my walking ability in that I was no longer slouching or favouring one side and walking straighter. The exercises they send you home with are very detailed and so easy to follow.
This team is very thorough, knowledgeable and so very pleasant. Thanks to Ron, Olivia, Nav, Avi, Preem, Myan and Steven.

An amazing experience as I have needed help with several physical issues and impairing conditions for years now.
