I developed tendinitis from too much hiking. It was painful to walk. I limped a lot and going up and down stairs was also very painful. Doing outdoor house work on a ladder was definitely not a safe activity. My condition has improved greatly since beginning treatment.

Ever since starting my journey here I have felt extremely cared for. As a younger male I am very athletic's driven and maintain a healthy active lifestyle. I had a decent amount of discomfort in my chest/rib-cage area, I was not too familiar with this discomfort but the professionals here helped me understand and rehab my situation with great detail. A true all hands on deck approach from manual therapy, massage and osteotherapy sessions. I feel much more confident in my ability to move forward with my physical well-being thanks to precision!

I suffered a trimalleolar fracture (shattered my ankle) 3 months before my wedding and required surgery with 9 screws and 7” plate; it was really bad. My only goal was to be able to walk down the aisle with no aids. There are many physio therapists in Dundas and it was hard to choose which to go to. After calling around, I had a great experience with the front Desk person at Precision, so decided to go with them based on this exceptional customer service. Vaneesh (sorry if I butchered that!!) was very kind and helpful every time I came to an appointment. Sunny was my physiotherapist and he did a great job getting me walking again. Taylor was great using the laser machine and going through the exercises. They both helped me reach my goal and I was able to enjoy my wedding day. There was a lot of pain throughout but that was expected, “no pain, no gain” was our motto but it was necessary to reach my goal in a small amount of time. I would recommend Precision for physiotherapy. Obviously if you are feeling pain, Sunny would accommodate. In my situation if was better to push through the pain for the goal. So just make sure to clearly set goals before hand and Sunny will help to make them a reality.

My 2nd time there. 2 different reasons. The last one I went for was my neck.
They were a miracle for my neck. My one shoulder was high and I could barely turn my neck. After all the help my neck moves great my shoulder is down.
The team are miracle workers.

As usual I've had really good success at Precision dealing various issues over the years. This most current time I have been working with Shree on shoulder mobility. She has been excellent and has superior knowledge about how the joints and muscles work. My pain is reduced and my mobility has improved and maybe more important I have a lot more tools going forward to maintain the progress I've made.

I have had a great experience so far at Precision. I came with shoulder and neck pains after a car accident. Shraddha and Taylor have been fantastic at getting my mobility back. I'm given exercises to do at home between appointments. And Ron at the front desk is alway fun to pester. Highly recommend
