I was so impressed with the assessment and care of plan for my foot pain. I was also super impressed when I witnessed one of the staff escort and elderly patient to their driver and they seemed to really know their patients on such a personal level!

I needed help with knee and back pain and Sunny Gupta and team were amazing from start to finish! After 10 sessions and a very helpful knee brace, I was back to my normal level of function. Sunny modified the rehabilitation plan when I had other unexpected issues. His administrative staff and physio assistants were fantastic as well! Thanks for all the teaching, guidance and advice! I will be back again if I have issues in the future.

Precision Physical Therapy is awesome! The whole team is super friendly, professional, and really knows their stuff. From day one, they made me feel comfortable and listened to what I needed. My therapist put together a plan that actually worked, and I’ve seen real progress since starting. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a really good vibe. I have a neurological condition and as part of my treatment I was sent to physiotherapy. I picked this clinic because they have experience with neurological conditions. I have to say they were amazing from my first contact with them online, to reception, to assessment and treatment. I had never been to physio before but I sure didn't think it would be so much fun. Yes, FUN! The desire of everyone at Dundas Precision Physiotherapy to help their patients is clear and their knowledge, patience and skills are amazing. Thank you all so much !! You are the BEST !

The staff was wonderful.
I tore my hamstring. With laser therapy, stretching and strengthening exercises I was able to return to work in 8 weeks.

Overall very good experience, half way through treatment for sciatica pain through my whole leg, I was starting to feel better, by the end of treatment 99% pain free. would recommend to anybody.

I had a great experience with Sunny, Julia and the whole precision physio team. I came in with a hip injury and within the first session I was feeling relief. Sunny also set up a treatment plan so I knew what the progression would look like. I had also hurt my shoulder and Sunny was easily adaptable and was able to work on that issue as well. They have all the latest equipment from laser therapy to electro stimulation and Julia did a great job with administrating these treatments and the exercises. After completing my treatment plan I felt back to 100% and was able to resume my active life style. I would highly recommend this location and the services provided.

The entire team here is incredible! I hurt my back and shoulders in a car accident and was having difficulty with mobility, and the team was so supportive and caring throughout the healing process. They delivered personalized care and ensured that I was feeling comfortable throughout the treatments. After just a few sessions, I truly feel like myself again — able to go on bike rides and play squash! Sunny is awesome, and his positive energy will have you feeling better in an instant :)

Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas is fantastic. I have a long term repetitive strain rotator cuff workplace injury and started with Precision in October 2024. They worked very hard to advocate for me to successfully appeal the closure of my claim in Dec 2024, and now again worked hard to get an extension to my WSIB-prescribed physio. They are not only really knowledgable and helpful, but clearly care about their patients. Their staff is very good at what they do, and help me feel at ease/less anxious as well. They are great with communication and available via phone and email, and are very prompt in returning messages (particular shout out to Ron!). Despite how long my injury has been going on for, we have made a lot of progress with my recovery in terms of pain, range of movement etc. I am very glad I decided to work with them for my workplace injury recovery, and I highly recommend them!
