My primary concern was recurring headaches and the team put together a collaborative approach that delivered both short term relief and a game plan to see me through the months ahead. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. Constructive feedback was to tighten up how the at home exercises are defined, executed, etc., making them more of a focal point in sessions to make the patient accountable.

"I had difficulty standing straight, the pain on my left side caused my posture to tilt to the right. I also experienced difficulty sleeping, as the lower back pain sometimes travelled down my left leg when in a horizontal position. The experience here helped, as did the variety of heat and muscle massage treatments."

I had a bad experience receiving physiotherapy here for a concussion. The physiotherapist did not appear to have read my in-take form, did not listen to me, made me feel judged for needing time off of work, and seemed to be more focused on getting me in for 10 sessions than providing a treatment plan that worked for me. I provided this feedback after my appointment and the owner apologized, addressed my concerns, and stated they would address the issue. If I was rating my appointment, it would be one star. However, I have rated it two stars because I did appreciate the response to my concerns and hope my feedback will prevent another patient from having the same experience. Since going, I have been put on their email and text lists despite not signing up for either, which is frustrating given the bad experience I had.

Shady practices, in not canceling appointments when requested and then charging for no show.

Would not recommend this place. I told them up front I did not want to pay for any extra services that were not covered by my insurance and they agreed. Then they proceeded to provide a service that was not covered and did not inform me about it until months later after I had stopped going there. It is now over a year later and they are harassing me to pay. They lied to me and did not treat me with respect.
