Passed the NC residential contractors exam on my first try today . Would highly recommend using this course . While the real exam questions weren’t exactly how the practice exams were I still knew how to navigate the books and find any answers I needed . Will definitely use them again if pursue a different license .

Worth every penny. I purchased the NASCLA, NC Business Law, TN Business Law, TN Residential, courses through My Contractor License, and I paid to have the books pre-highlighted and tabbed, as I just didn't have the time to do it myself. I did, however, study and use the course quizzes/tests . . . a lot. I did the program and practice tests for three months for the NASCLA, but I passed it first try. I also passed all the other tests on the first try. It's a lot of money but if you are serious and don't want to dick around taking retests, it's absolutely worth it. You do have to put in the work though.

I was “in” the construction industry for 30 years prior to considering becoming a contractor. But I didn’t “know” the construction industry and the ins and outs of building a home, like I do now after using this course! I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Easy to follow if you dedicate the time, and worth every penny! This course helped me pass the exam the first time, and that’s exactly what anyone taking it should want.

Thanks to my contractors license, I was able to pass the NASCLA exam on my first attempt! Their prep course was very well organized and user friendly as well. Their customer service was also phenomenal - anytime I called with a question I was able to speak to somebody and get the answers I needed to ensure I was well prepared for the exam. I don’t believe it would have been possible to pass the exam without the help of my contractors license.

I couldn't have passed on my first try without the help of My Contractors License. I went through the NASCLA General Building class over a 4-month period and found myself very prepared as I sat down for the real exam. I recommend the pre-tabbed and highlighting option they offer. It helps navigating the books for certain answers much easier.
