This place is worth the 5 stars and more, we had a group of friends out tonight and everyone enjoyed their meal, service was fast and friendly. We had the spring roll, edamame guacamole, and crispy cauliflower appetizers that were all really good. The cauliflower was the favorite of the table. Grass fed beef steak tacos were so tasty and had fresh flavors, get the kale salad on the side, it won’t disappoint! The lasagna was so delicious and better than a lot of heavy, overly cheesy lasagnas that you normally see at other restaurants. We al enjoyed their variety of unique drinks. True Food hits on every level.

Always a wonderful experience. We shared some hummus, I had the butternut squash soup, it was heavenly. Sister had chicken parmesan, roasted vegetables on the side, very delicious. Chocolate chunk cookies and coconut vanilla ice cream to finish. True Foods is continuing Covid-19 precautions and it is very much appreciated.

Parking right in front parking area. Food is high end form sort of. Delicious, well done, and flavorful. I prefer vegetarian type food and True Food nails it.

I always like this place. Service is very friendly and just "good people". Food is better than average and I like the healthier foods idea. Brussel sprouts were amazing...
