Great place for unique healthy dishes that change with the season. I have tried many different dishes and have always been pleasantly satisfied. I love coming for lunch and not feeling like I need a nap afterwards.

Really great option for healthy and clean food. My husband is a new heart patient and really has to watch his diet. True Food was a great option for us to go out and enjoy a nice dinner without worrying if the menu could cater to him. Everything was so good! Great flavors and great service. Stephanie took really great care of us and was happy to answer any questions we had. I have a feeling that we will be going here often.

I wish I had taken pictures of the dishes. Everything was so delicious that no one at the table could speak for the first 15 minutes. We were thoroughly enjoying every bite. We shared the butternut squash pizza and the spaghetti squash casserole (with ricotta cheese). The seasoning and the textures were top of the line!

I wanted to try a new place with a friend and after looking at the delicious menu we decided to give it a try. It was so lovely. The food is amazing! The edamame dumplings were yummy so tasty. The “love potion” drink is superb. Super sweet staff and we got a free appetizer. I will be back often.

I love true food for a variety of reasons but here goes:
•staff always goes above & beyond, they’re always friendly & on top of it even when they’re busy
•their staff is incredibly knowledgeable about food allergies, preferences and what their food has in it
•the food is always absolutely phenomenal
