Definitely among the top gluten free restaurants in the area! It’s more of a sit down place so wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to grab a quick bite

The food tasted really good, staff were friendly, and the whole restaurant was very cute and clean. Prices are just a bit high.

Good food, but very loud inside. Difficult to hear the conversation at the table.

The food is quite expensive, especially for dinner. The sea bass is $32 and the portion is quite small. Other dinner items are $17-27. Average food, to be honest. The pasta had too much olive oil. Service is great, and there is a good atmosphere. There are probably better dinner options than this. Not worth it at this price point.

This place is great. First the not so great. The location is tricky in terms of parking so be ready to make a couple laps. The food is pricey and not the best ever. I had the turkey burger and it was good but hard to eat it was so big. I know it's an expensive area so take that into account when I say the food is pricey. Now the great Alyssa was an amazing human and server. She was so nice and kind to our 4 year old and us. She was quick and responsive and just all around really great. The atmosphere is great. Outdoors, mostly quiet, shaded and cool. No one rushed or pushed us after we got our bill and hung out for another 30 or so minutes. Great place with some things to be aware of.

My husband and I have come here often since we've moved to AZ. We've had great servers that are super friendly and kind other than one particular time we were there. I have tried a good amount of the dishes and they are super flavorful and I love how fresh everything tastes! It's also so so nice that they can tend to so many food restrictions. I feel like I can eat almost anything and I am gluten and dairy free, so it's always fun for me because I feel like I can actually get a FULL dining experience! :) Recently, I have noticed a shift in the quality of our food almost every other time we have been there. Sometimes my husband's panini will be burnt (but is put on the plate as the last panini he will eat with the burnt side down, so he doesn't realize until he's eaten the majority of everything). And I have had a couple of dishes where the flavors don't taste the same as when we first started going here/a pizza where the chicken was super dry and visually looked like second day use. However, when we go at meal times we are too hungry to complain about our food when we notice. I don't want to scare anyone off with the section above. I seriously recommend True Food and would recommend it to anyone!!! I'm even thinking about going here for dinner tonight as I am writing this review...LOL!

Food was decent enough although the menu was a little eccentric (no, turkey sausages do not belong in lasagne). Staff friendly but quite slow dealing with a moderately large table (12 and 27 on two visits). Seating perfectly reasonable if unexceptional restaurant fare.

It was busy, so service was a little slow, but food was good (roasted Brussels sprouts, penne pasta (slightly too soft for my taste), pumpkin pie with coconut ‘cream’). server was friendly & efficient.

Very limited menu, especially in the beverage options, but the food we got was good. Clean restaurant, friendly server, nice atmosphere. Honestly probably would not go back by choice, but didn't hate the experience. 4/10. Likely wouldn't go again, mainly based on the lack of menu options.

Yummy! Got the terriyaki bowl and loved all the veggies! My husband got the burger. Great flavor! Burger was tasty too but not huge and didn’t live the sweet potatoes that came with

My first time here so I ordered several items to be delivered to my office. Spaghetti squash casserole. I'm glad I paid extra for chicken. It needs it. Good but could use a bit more flavor. Mango tart. Divine. Not strong on the mango flavor, the crust overpowers but it's so good. And the yummy coconut cream on top. Hummus. it was a great deal on uber and was free. It is SO good and tons of flavor. Hibiscus drink. on uber eats it says it is a sealed bottle. it is not. Sad I couldn't try it. I can't account for service so I couldn't give 5 stars but I'm definitely getting it again.
