Delish freshly made food , except the lasagna. Don't get the lasagna. I've had better frozen lasagna than that lasagna. That lasagna ruined my night. But it's okay cus they're other food is great .

This was my first time eating True Food Kitchen. I got the order to go. We ordered the family meal for four. The hummus and chopped salad were average. The kale salad was good. The butternut squash pizza and teriyaki quinoa bowl were excellent. Upon seeing the order, I didn't think there would be enough food, but I was wrong. We had leftovers! We'll definitely go back, and hopefully dine in next time.

Love the food but service is not the best. Servers deliver the food and don't return to check up on you until the check is due. This has happened on several occasions with different servers. Otherwise, it really is my go to for a healthy, hearty meal.

Limited options and menu but good food. Loved their edmame dumplings. It's soothing and comfortable food. Their shrimp tacos are beefy but good. I wish they had more fish options but it's a healthy food place. So can't complain. Their seasonal changes to the menu makes it great.

Exceeded my expectations. I expected tiny decorative meals for a high price. But that wasn’t the case. The turkey burger, salads and panini were actually quite ample and tasty. Service was friendly but really overly interested in another table so as one of the other two seated tables in this section, we just kind of looked at each other and rolled our eyes at each other while we waited to order, get refills, etc. anyway was a clean, upbeat and comfy experience, even outdoors in 106* heat. I’d go back… lol. Oh. Heads up. They DON’T serve soda. My daughter asked for a Diet Coke. The server paused and said sorry, we don’t serve soda, we only offer more healthy beverage options. To which my 14 yo daughter pointed out those other people were drinking alcohol. Lol. Anyway. They DO serve alcohol.

The food was good. Service slightly laggy as it filled up. Very noisy with a moderate crowd.
