First time trying out True Food Kitchen and I was blown away. The food and staff were excellent. I wanted to change my usual "go to" spot and try something new. My server David was excellent. What really stood out to me was David's extensive knowledge of the menu and the various dishes.
He was able to provide us with detailed descriptions of each dish, as well as make excellent recommendations based on our preferences.
10/10. Would recommend!

Had a delicious gluten free pizza. Highly recommend for those that have gluten sensitivity. They have craft food and drinks that everyone seems to love. The atmosphere is modern and even though the restaurant was fairly busy was at a good crowd noise volume. I also had the flourless chocolate cake that I will definitely be returning for in the future.

Very much a farm to table type restaurant. It's great for a vegan meal. My Spicy Panang Curry bowl was delicious. I had it with shrimp for protein (there were five medium size shrimp). I also had a bowl of the Autumn Butternut Squash soup. It was piping hot and tasty - not too sweet. The restaurant is moderately expensive. Don't expect to spend less than $20.
