As a vegetarian, I am a fan of true food kitchen in general and Chicago didn't disappoint at all.
TFK is a go-to place for me when I want to eat something fancy and healthy at the same time. The cafe is beautifully designed and has a nice decor. It can easily sit up to 30 parties. I love their service overall. We tried the double cheese burger this time. It is a guilt free burger to eat owing to the beet patty but the taste is just incredible.
TFK is a bit pricey so it can go like 30$ per person for a two course meal. However, the experience is perfect. I like how they are able to keep the food unique and different tasting.

Absolutely delicious. Food was healthy and oh so good! We had the flatbread, lemon muffins, Korean bowl, avocado toast, and kale aid. It was all absolutely fresh and delicious. Service was top notch!!!

One of my favorite restaurants. It has options for everyone. I love that the menu offers tasty, healthier choices. I come here quite often. The edmame guacamole is one of my favorite appetizers. My go-to entrees are the ancient grain bowl, the glass noodle bowl and the pizza.

I highly recommend it!! Coffee is to die for with oak milkI highly recommend the pancakes with Greek yogurt and honey I felt full but not stuffed!! Will be returning when I go back to Chicago

My son has a dairy allergy. While they don’t have a lot of items for kids/toddlers, they were accommodating to make something for him that was safe and dairy free with special attention to cross contamination. This is very hard to find at any restaurant so we appreciate this!

We were impressed by the health-conscious and nutritious menu. True Food Kitchen’s menu consists of a vegetable rich and anti-inflammatory diet. The menu is mostly gluten-free friendly, with options for vegetarians and vegans. Also grass fed meats and sustainable fish are served. Everything is made to order, which makes them particularly adept at accommodating allergies. Lastly, the dishes are very tasty.

Huge restaurant, bright and clean, beautiful atmosphere. The staff are amazing, if anything is forgotten and comes late, they take it off of your bill. Nice vegan options, although they could add more. They have a really good vegan burger with real veggie patty (not like Gordon Ramsay calling Impossible patty veggie patty). The only thing missing is french fries with the veggie burger.
