Amazing place. Even amazing food. A must go option for vegans. It's right in the heart of downtown and serve some of the best food i ever had. The edamame dumplings and buddha bowl were the best part. It's not only really fresh but when you eat it, you can tell that it is fresh. Do visit this place if possible.

Great vibe and delicious, clean food. The beet burger is sweet and hearty, and the cauliflower polenta was light but well spiced.

The wait to sit down was incredibly long, and the staff was slow the day we went, but I don’t hold that against them. It was a Sunday, so obviously brunch wasn’t making it easy for them.
Despite the hectic atmosphere, I was impressed by how nice they still were with us, and they even comped part of our meal, which was unexpected.
The food is what really makes this place fantastic though. It was worth the wait. Go if you can!

Everything is done right here, yes they really deserve 5 stars. Excellent fresh choices for herbivores & carnivores. Clean, fast, & delicious food. I had a plain tomato & arugula pizza & butternut squash soup, others enjoyed their different dishes too, especially the artichoke dip & fresh hot salty crisps (which we were offered more of) We all enjoyed our meal & our lovely server Jenna had friendly, positive, attitude that obviously came naturally with her. Great experience for my vegan daughter & myself, my sister & her husband too. Highly recommend.

True Food features food that is good and good for you. They offer a substantial, seasonally-focused menu and a great beverage menu. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and can help you negotiate any dietary restrictions. The last time I was there I was with a friend who was on whole30 which is tricky to navigate, but our server helped her find something she really enjoyed while still staying within her guidelines.

My sister and I happily stubbled upon this place while out and about in the city. She is vegan and I am DF and GF, so this was such an amazing treat. We ordered the charred cauliflower appetizer which was unbelievably tasty. I'm not usually a big fan of cauliflower, but I couldn't resist the Mediterranean ingredients and spices. The ancient grain bowl was equally satisfying. We loved the food so much we made the trek back the next day for another great meal!

Everything on the menu is incredible. Fresh and delicious, TFK delivers on flavor. If you're in the mood for a cocktail, try the Juniper Rose... it's my absolute favorite!
