Grand Kia Service & Parts Pgs

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this dealership service center. After being a customer around 6 years. We’ve had our share of problems. The latest one being the last cut. To top it off, upon retrieving our Kia, we were denied paperwork when asking for a trail signed off. We were told they didn’t have it, any papers were shredded and the file was deleted off of the system. WHILE WE WERE STILL ON THE LOT. Apparently they didn’t know that is illegal. Legal action will be taken real soon.

Have even a modicum of customer service. better products that can survive in a car. They installed a faulty AC unit then when it naturally went out they blamed it on a rock. With no evidence to support that claim!

I am beyond amazed with this dealership-Not in a good way. I purchased a K5 from them. When I got to finance, Bob offered an extended warranty. From how he worded it, it sounded like it was free or didn't effect the payment. So I accepted. I then looked back at the paperwork on the flash drive and saw I was charged $1919 for the warranty and another $699 for GAP insurance. I got in touch with my salesperson on January 13th and then Bob called me. He explained to me on the phone that the warranty can't be cancelled because they get it at cost. I should have known better during that phone call because Bob was stammering over himself telling me it can't be cancelled. I said I'd do more research and found out it can be cancelled. I reached out to a consumer protection lawyer Ian Griffin out of Denver and did a free consultation about possible legal action. Ian explained to me it is cancelled and the dealership is just playing games. I again reached out to the sales manager Joe Lee and Nichole. Its been 7 days and again, no contact from them. This is my first and last purchase from Grand Kia. I want this resolved or I will be consulting with Ian Griffin to see what my options are for getting this cancelled. I fully expect the copy paste reply from Joe Lee here as he does with all the reviews but I want people to know this dealership plays games and will not cancel any extended warranty without making it into a big game.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and no caring for Kia owners in that Service Department! Someone (he did not say his name) was too busy and TOO RUDE to give me a time of the day to listen! I know my car and I’ve been a Kia owner for over 2 yrs and with a little support my issue today could have been resolved in less than 10 min. The RUDE MAN, aka service dept. fella decided to tell me I have to leave my car for a diagnostic (AND $170 later, of course!!!) until Monday?!😳 Today is Friday , 8:20 am…. I know one quick plug in my car computer would have resolved the issue but… no, it was too much of an “effort”😞🤨 It used to be a nice place for over a year to service my car… NOT ANY LONGER!

Drove my car in for service with no warning lights on. Was quoted 150. Final bill is 330 and now my car is no longer driveable and must be towed out. Do NOT use grand Kia for any service need. They are shady.

Scumbags. They hate veterans, and do t know what a Duramax is worth. I wanted to buy from them because they are GM... lost me as a GM customer for life. Happy Veterans Day... fucking pieces of Shit!

My ‘17 Soul(!) is not shifting properly. -52k miles. June ‘19. $148. Perform transmission service (flush). -60k miles. Aug ‘19. Fault persists, quoted $1566 to replace the clutch pack. (Not under warranty, clutch pack is a wearable item) -61k miles. Oct ‘19. $1,735. Replace clutch pack. -67k miles. Jan ‘20. Fault persists. Software update. -69k miles. Feb ‘20. Fault persists. Reset the transmission adaptive values. -71k miles. July ‘20. Fault persists. Quoted ~$450 replace intake manifold. They have never been able to fix my cars problem. It’s ranged from definitely knowing what the problem is and charging me to fix it, to having no idea, now we’re just experimenting at my own personal cost. They’re great guys, but the company has gone to impressive lengths to avoid fixing my car. This is my 3rd and last Kia.

Just called to talk to someone about new car sales and the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. Such a shame.

THESE GUYS HAD ADVERTISED TRADE IN SCAM THEY WANT YOUR USED CAR AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU BLUE BOOK PLUS UP TO 4K MORE I TOOK IN A USED 2009 MITSUBISHI LANCER RALLIART THEY DIDN'T EVEN GO OUT AND LOOK AT MY CAR THEY HAD SAID THEY WOULD OFFER ME 1 THOUSAND I POLITELY SAID NO AND THEN ASKED ABOUT THE BLUE BOOK VALUE AFTER GOING TO TALK WITH A MANAGER HE CAME BACK AND OFFERED 1250 I SPENT HALF MY DAY GETTING THERE FOR THE VIP TREATMENT THEY SAID THIS WAS WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

I got a 2013 GMC terrain from this dealership and not even nine months later my transmission went and it’s not covered I would not recommend this dealership to anyone
